Super disappointed with my experience. I don't have high expectations but I do have expectations. Walking into the Spencer store I was greeted with a welcoming greeting. And that's where my experience stopped being pleasant. Not one person that worked there helped one of the 10 people that were in the store. 3 people working all of them behind the counter talking to each other and a female that was just hanging out not buying anything. The shoes I was looking for I found but only after I searched the whole section of hey dudes. Nothing matched what was on display nor were the sizes in order. It was a mess. When I brought my shoes to the counter there was food behind the counter and I was told to buy water and stain repellant. I would of if maybe just maybe one of them would of helped me find my shoes. When I said thanks maybe if you would of helped me I would have. I was treated even more rudely. Super disappointed with the customer service and will not shop Spencer's store any more..

Been buying my shoes here for a while, not bad prices but do not try to return anything as they are hard core about it.Lost $50 on a pair of shoes that hurt my feet and were unable to wear them because I wore them only 2 days. No wear, still perfect condition and was refused a trade in or rebate. I told the girl to put them in the trash as they were no good to me and that I would never do business there again.I have done business with other shoe stores and have always been able to trade in a pair of shoes that did not work for me. This is the first time I have ever been refused.It is better to spend a little extra and have that option then to buy something that ends up being useless.Buyer beware of return policies.Update: 9/13/16. As I shared this review with the store, they have been accommodating and allowed me to trade for a different pair of shoes.This kind of customer service, where they answered my eMail and also made a personal phone call, gos along ways.It is therefore proper that I also upgrade their rating.

Usually have decent selection of shoes but customer service has gone downhill in the last year or so. They just stand behind the register...rarely do they walk around to help customers. I'd rather pay the extra money to go to Brown's where they want to help you!

I had a new pair of Crocs that a month into having them they started to make a noise like there was something sticky on them. There wasn't and the floors were clean as well. I took them in and explained this and showed it to them. As they looked fine and didn't show there was anything wrong.I Love Crocs so I was totally disappointed with this. However the Spencer Shoe Sensations store hooked me up! I'm back to being very happy. I will be keeping my shoe buying with this store.

Really frustrated with the customer service. We went in at about 10 to 5, not knowing they closed at five. The sales people didn’t offer to help us, and when I did ask a question gave me an answer that ended up being wrong. When they finally asked if they could help it was “anything we can help you find? We closed at five you know”. We told them we’d get out of their hair and just buy somewhere else. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Used to buy my kids shoes all the time because well they have name brand shoes And are conveniently located in town but I was buying them so much because they were falling apart the soles kept coming off ??? Not on just one pair but several in not even a lasting more then 2 months. One pair of boots only lasted 2 weeks :(

The employees are fantastic, the prices are sometimes not so much. Sometimes I just buy there because I know I'll be happy with what they help me select even though it's a little more money.
