I got my two bunny brothers here! They have been happy and healthy from the start! Staff is always helpful and kind. With rabbits being somewhat delicate, I only purchase their food and treats from Pets Plus, they have the good, healthy stuff!! (oxbow). I also never leave without their fresh treats for my dog!! The store is always clean and tidy, GREAT store!

Not happy that I got a bearded dragon, and it dying the next day, but they were very supportive in giving me a new lizard in return. May not be exactly as much as I spent on the bearded dragon, but I’m not going home empty. Greta customer service.

Got a Guinea pig from them. He’s very healthy. I’ve gotten hamsters from them and they’re doing great but fish don’t tend to do well my advice is to not go with the pretty looking fish that seem to be doing well but to go with the healthiest looking fish in the tank. But overall services are very great and the employees are amazing.

I LOVE this place! I got my albino hamster here and she is thriving. I also went in with questions about my bearded dragon I recently got from a friend, and the staff was AMAZING and super knowledgeable! I can't thank him enough.

Really awesome pet store I go about every week! Owner and staff are very friendly and helpful! They get some really cool animals in. I bought my Bearded Dragon, Veiled Chameleon, and Albino Pacman Frog from this place. They have lots of other cool reptiles, birds, fish, amphibians, and mammals and are usually pretty good at keeping good variety of really good pet brand equipment. Very cool place to have in the Midwest.

Really good experience with these guys. I had an Albino Ball Python die on me a week after getting it from there and they made it right with me. Wasnt worth as much as the one that passed away but no way to know of it was on me or on them or on someone else. Eitherway they let me go in and pick a different one and everyones happy. The place seems always well kept and clean. All the animals seem good and healthy and the products are all top quality and reliable. Appreciate you guys!

Got my niece a dwarf hamster (and she has had several and is in high school) and she loved and cared for it, and it only lived for 1 week! No guarantees for their animals... unlike other name Pet Stores! She was heartbroken when it died!

Carefully when buying a pet here. My friend got a baby mini lop, it was sneezing alot so she went back to store and owner told her it must be allergic to the bedding. so my friend went and got diferent bedding but still sneezing, she did that until there was no more kinds of bedding to try. She gave the bunny to me, when she was unable to care for it anymore. I heard the sneezing and googled it. NOT ALLERGIC. It has an upper respiratory disease so I took the bunny to the vet, she was diagnosed with Snuffles, very contagious and can be fatal. I got meds, the bunny did better but got sick again quickly, so got another round for longer, same thing happened. Went in to the pet store to tell them and the owner fought me on the diagnosis and kept saying the bunny was allergic to its bedding, he was talking over me, interrupting and oddly friendly, he refused to listen to anything I was telling him about the bunnies being sick. He kept apologizing saying it was his fault about the bedding. I finally gave up. The guy didnt know a dang thing about rabbits. Found out some bunnies from that same group are sneezing too and when asked around another lady said her bunny just died she had gotten from the pet store but from a different group of bunnies, was sneezing a lot and died and now her other rabbit is sneezing too. I would be super careful when buying a rabbit there and take them to the vet right away for a check up.

It is great to have a pet store in town again. They have a nice selection of birds, reptiles, FISH!!!! (Lots of kinds!) and more 😊 Personally that little leopard gecko really got to me...they are sooooo cute!!!

The GPS is wrong and well take you to a store with their sign but is totally closed. The mall itself is where they are. But they are chill af. I mentioned to one of the people I'm arachnophobic and really trying to get over it ended up holding a Curly Tarantula wishing I had the money to bring it home.

They care about the pets more than a sale. They give out true information for the animals safety/sake. Most part stores would lie to you just so they can get a sale. How much they care about the pets really shows ❤️

there live cricket food died in less then 24 hours, and they gave us a light bulb that was to hot and cooked and killed our bearded dragon

They had what I was looking for, for the most part. Some of the animals seemed to have too small of enclosures, particularly the "store pet" tortoise.
