We had to say goodbye to our beautiful girl last week after a battle with bone cancer. Dr. Hirschfield and her tech Tiffany were amazing. Processional, sincere and empathetic is an understatement. Harper was so peaceful as she passed. I can’t express enough how grateful we are for that.

The service and care received at HomeStead Small Animal clinic was 1st class , 5 star. This was a first visit due to an emergency and I was very impressed by the care they provide to Lucy, a 14 month old German shorthair Pointer. Thank you!

I don’t even know where to start. There are no words for how much everyone at Homestead Vet means to my family of fur babies. I absolutely have the utmost trust in every one that has taken care of our boys. From time to say goodbye to one of our boys to the time I rescued. They cared and cried with us. Made sure my rescue had everything he needed. Always so grateful and thankful.

We weren't quite ready to bring our new puppy in, so we tried a different vet but nothing can compare to the care we receive at Homestead. My dog had jumped out of my truck while parked and hit a curb so I called and got in the next day for them to do x-rays and was told it was just a hairline fracture but two weeks later go to another vet to do x-rays and it is clearly broken along with a root canal tooth behind the canine I’m no vet. It could have been something between the two weeks, but the swelling was hardly going down from the day one other than that very friendly people and quick.

If you want your animal well taken care of, you won't have to worry about a thing with Dr. Beal & staff. They will treat your furry friend with lots of love & respect like it is one of their own. I highly recommend this wonderful Veterinarian!

Typically this has been the best vet for us, with our cats and our dog. But since our dog got neutered, since the day it happened it was a great experience. But today, my partner picked up our dog (he’s only a puppy) and as soon as our dog was picked up, my partner was belittled and undermined of our ability to control our dog. He is very well behaved and controlled. He was scared and uncomfortable by the practices performed by the the employees working there. When we brought him home, his cone was visibly too tight and uncomfortably on him. We asked his nails be trimmed while he was under anesthesia, but under further investigation, the nails were not trimmed proper. Our dog is the most well behaved boy, you could imagine. Not only did my partner leave the vets office offended and hurt, but I do not believe they handled our dog with the proper care or patience.

My dog Darla is a big chicken but acts pretty aggressive, and the staff have her locking peanut butter off of a spoon for them ! Great place for sure.

brought my dog in for grooming. First 2 times great job, this time not happy. it's like they forgot to do his head. It won't be long and the hair will be in his eyes. Will have to think about if I will bring him back

Lady's are very understanding and helpful with my GSP. Little pricey but you pay for what you get. Wish they would stay more connected with letting me know when my next appointment is. Other than that no complaints.
