I have one complaint: as soon as I decided to redo the kitchen with copper details, they pull the copper craft materials, saying that they are out of style. This also happened at hardware stores, so I cannot blame them fully. Is it just my luck???

Waited in line forever while I gal was checking people out. A lady manager was rude to those if us standing in line. I should have just left the store..plenty of other aces to shop to be treated like that!!

This store has too many products for the space. In many cases, I'd rather wait in the car while others go in to shop. They do have great discounts usually after each holiday.

Love this store, I call it my happy place. Great place to get inspired. They keep it clean and if you can a worker , they are friendly , and eager to help. Like most places it seems like they are short staffed. Other than that if you like arts , and crafts this place has it all.

We had a house fire and all our Christmas decorations were destroyed so we went to the spencer iowa store to replace them. We ended up buying a lot which we then were being checked out for awhile. Our check out lady was kelly. She was truly the kindest and supportive woman! She talked and scanned while listening to my little girl talk about our fire and how we needed to buy everything. She showed her so much kindness that in the end they were best friends. Thank God for people like kelly! Thank you!

Well they didn't have exactly what I wanted but they had something near enough that it worked out perfect. They would get more of my business if they went back to having their 40% off coupons but I doubt they're ever going to do that again so I will just go there periodically. I buy less but I still do shop there

Waiting in line forever and the checkers have one speed. Maybe if Hobby Lobby used a barcode system it wouldn't be such a mess up front and people would get breaks when their supposed to, and I really don't care who goes to lunch when.

I like this store and my wife LOVES it. It's one of those places where you can come for one thing and leave with seven others that you didn't know you needed or wanted. We found some excellent pieces for decorating our nursery here and were pleased with the quality at great sale prices. Hobby Lobby is a fun place to look around, even if you don't buy anything - I'm sure we'll return in no time.

I always love shopping at Hobby Lobby. Tons of items always marked way down and anything you would ever want for home decor, arts and crafts and more. This location is always well stocked, very clean, and the staff is terrific and super friendly.

If I could put 0 i would, in the last 6-8 months I have been here twice months apart and both times the store manager followed me around stalking and watching me like I was stealing and made sure to have everyone keep an eye on me which is very disrespectful and very rude and creepy.. He kept following me down every aisle pretending to touch stuff, commenting on my conversation with a friend and just very displeased on how they can be too easy to judge for whatever reason.

It would be nice if they offered their help taking a cart out for you when you have a few carts of merchandise, I've only been offered help one time out of 45 different times i purchased more than a cart load and I've always returned the carts inside with never one knowledgeable thank you for doing it.

Love, love, love Hobby Lobby! Too bad my wallet doesnt! 😂 Went in for some printed fleece, they have very basic prints. Will get the job done for any tie blanket or baby blanket, but I couldn't find anything I enjoyed. So many wonderful sales and so many random things to stumble upon! Great place

Score!! Both my sister and I have been seeing people haul huge quantities of marked down yarn from Hobby Lobby on Facebook but we ourselves hadn't run across one yet, we thought it may be an urban legend. But on our second run to Spencer's Hobby Lobby we struck gold ( and pink and blue, brown etc etc). We were vacationing near by and I managed to bring home 103 yes 103 skeins of yarn back to the west coast. It's a nice store with friendly staff! Thanks Hobby Lobby!
