Rude employees, no one seems to wanna work, there’s never a sign on the door saying they are closed and I mean when the doors are locked but the hours online say that they are open. Like, it’d be nice for a sign? But shout out to the guy named Bob. He’s a great guy. They don’t deserve him. Bob is an outstanding employee

There were 2 employees stocking shelves and a bell at the cash register that said to ring to check out. Three customers lined up, the bell was rung , waited a few minutes, bell rang again, and the a customer went and asked the employee that was in view of the checkstand if there was someone who could ring customers up. That staff member asked another employee to go to the cash register.I understand that shelves need to be stocked, but, when customers are lined up waiting to check out and you can see them waiting and making eye contact, come ring them up so they can go!

Website said they open at 8 yet at 8:30 they weren't open and their sign in the window has different hours. Other than that Dollar Tree has a lot of items and different things to choose from.

Love this store. Great place to buy greeting cards and gift wrap items at a very low price. I shop here at least once a month.Soon it will be the $1.25 store.It is still a good place to ship to save money. Friendly help and well stocked since the last time I shopped there.

I love this location so much! The staff are always so friendly, the place is always clean and there aren’t boxes clogging the aisles, and they are always stocked! I will gladly drive the hour from Pocahontas to Spencer because the Storm Lake location is awful. Thank you Spencer Dollar Tree for being so fabulous!!

Staff is sometimes rude, only a couple that are nice. Selection is not great. Stocking is inefficient, often leaving boxes upon boxes upon boxes in the aisles, making it difficult for my grandpa and I to get around (he's 85, needs a cane and a real aisle) I was told that if I called I would be able to hold am item that gets shopped out quickly, but when I called the answer was snide. I was told to check back in a couple days because they had so much stuff. I've never been in a store that takes so long to stock their shelves. Needs a better manager and customer service classes for the staff.I don't write reviews often, but this I had to do.

Always a great place for storage containers and cheap daycare crafts for my kiddos. Checker was sick though, and not wearing a mask, and stated nobody to cover her shift. Hope she got to go home.

Will never come back! Came in for some St. Patrick's Day items for my work. Was in and got my stuff pretty quick. Went to the check out and Darla (the cashier) did not greet me. She instead started to confront a customer behind me that was rightfully complaining about HER cashier being rude about getting ballons. She actually walked around the one I was at, to confront the customer. After a min of me standing there, she then comes back and greeted me. I was very uncomfortable. I wanted to get my items checked out and leave since I was already there. A gentleman named Brandon looked like possibly a manager (and was helping another customer locate an item) seemed very nonchalant about being there. I'm not sure if the 2 cashiers visited with him about the incident but he was up front when I first walked in and the initial encounter the other customer was referring to, happened. This is the second Dollar Tree (other in Sioux Falls) that I have been to where the staff have been horrible. Take note that your staff do not handle issues appropriately and make other people feel uncomfortable. I don't shop at a place to see a fight. Verbal or otherwise.

Every time I go to this store I have to wait 20 minutes or more to check out. I am going to buy a single card and their is one checker working. Always one person working. I have thrown my card down 4 times that I have went in there and walked out. Could they get more checkers or self check machines. I refuse to shop there anymore because they have no staff.

Nice little store. Many daily items that we all use you can find here. This is where i purchase all my cleaning supplies, Comet to Scrubbers, windex, and microfiber towels. They sell low end toys, wrapping paper, seasonal and holiday decorations, planters, seeds, notebooks, garage sale signs, car wash solution, low end foods, tape, crafty things such as beads, glue, small canvases, clear glass jars, craft paint, glitter. There is also a small pet care isle section with toys, treats, potty training pads, food, leashes, and collars. Solar lights, plates, hot oven mits...etc. There's shampoo, soap, perfume, makeup, socks, and baby items as well. It's a Jane of all Trades in there! Paddle locks, markers, poster board, large sticky letters, and envelopes. Also a teacher section with neat board borders, certificates or jobs well done, workbooks, stickers, stamps, chalk, crayons, bubbles, string and various sizes of trays, bowls, pans, and other organizational stuff.

Some stuff is really Nice, but the aisles are fill of boxes sitting around can't get a very down or 2 carts down.stuff is all scattered, like they need somebody to go around and straighten things up. Need to get a better supply of cat stuff cause we all don't have a dig.

The General Manager needs to lighten up and be nice to their co-workers and not write them up over something meaningless. Not to mention any names but the previous General Manager was much nicer and easy going than the one that is working now...at the Spencer location.

I was able to buy a shampoo for a dollar that is 5 dollars at Walmart. It's worth it to check out what this store has to see if you can save any money

Disappointed with selection of items, check out is always slow and no one ever greets me as I come in.If there are 4+ people in line at one register, have the other person working that is wondering around the store open another register! Every time I go into the store only 1 register is used. Ridiculous.

I can't help but spend money here! Of course I stay away from some things simply because of quality, but for things like bathroom supplies, air fresheners, candles, and glassware, this place is perfect.

STOCKED IN A VERY EFFICIENT MANNER TO FIND THINGS EASILY! THEY ARE BUSY, BUT, DO GREAT TO HELP CUSTOMERS SHOPPING, ANSWER QUESTIONS AND CHECK OUT RUNS SMOOTHLY! THE MANAGER WAS GREAT! I WANTED TOOTSIES ROLLS, BUT THEY WENT IN BACK AND FOUND ONLY TOOTSIE POPS AND WE HAD A LAUGH BUT THEY WERE GOING FAST WITH THE HUSSLE AND BUSSLE OF HALLOWEEN! P.S. I BOUGHT A BAG OF TOOTSIE POPS FOR MY DRIVE BACK HOME...LOL. I'LL BE A REGULAR CUSTOMER!

Some of the produce that I purchased was dirty and brown the bathroom in the front of y store were blocked off and the produce tray sticker were ring up so I had to get a clerk that finally figured it out after 15 minutes
