Dr. Klein is very knowledgeable about cats and explained everything well during our visit, very friendly. She didn't push any unnecessary vaccinations like what I've experienced with other Veterinarians in the past. Her professionalism is top notch and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a Veterinarian.

Excellent customer service! I wasn't there for my dogs; I was there with 2 wet and dirty golden retrievers ( I think) that I almost hit on Mahaffey bridge. The staff here helped locate the owner without hesitation and took care of the dogs until the owner could pick them up. Such kindness and consideration is hard to find these days but it sure lives here!

I have given this vet a second chance after his misdiagnosis my cats injury as a sprain not a bite. Now my 14 year old diabetic dog split his pad off his toe after it was stepped on. Dr. said it was a growth he noticed before. WRONG! THE PAD IS OF TOE. I HAVE BEEN TREATING IT NOW FOR WEEKS. I am not bringing him back and be charged more for his mistake again. FYI MY CAT DIED!

I am very impressed with the WHOLE staff at the Pet Health Center of Solon. I have a very scared little fur baby and they always treat him wonderfully! His doctor, Dr. Poduska takes time to listen to my concerns, explains everything so that I can understand it and is very gentle and patient with my dog. We also have an awesome Vet Tech- Cindy. She always takes care of my Pj with exceptional care and understanding! I will never go anywhere else for the care of my littlest family member! I highly recommend them for the care of your fur babies!

Lovely new facility. Clean, prompt, friendly service. Checkout is nice, as it occurs in the treatment room, leaving the receptionists free to answer calls and prevents the chaos that ensues when you're trying to wrangle your pet plus pay. Highly recommend. I absolutely trust them to tell me exactly what my pet needs, as they don't push unneeded services on you.

Love this pet clinic. Have been with them for almost 30 years. Great care, great communication, kind and friendly staff and wonderful with animals. Have had great surgeries, excellent dental care and wonderful compassion when putting down pets as well. Highly recommend.

I love this place! They make things less stressful for your pet and for yourself. I really like that you can check out in the room instead of back out at the front desk. Way easier to pay when your 100 lbs dog isn't dragging you around sniffing and trying to meet other animals.

Our dog our savior, best friend, child. He was all those things to our whole family. He passed away in August of 2021. We we took him to Pet health care back when it was Davis Vet clinic all the way until Dr. Davis retired and until our dog died. Miranda and Cindy were the best care givers and they really cared about your pets. Miranda is no longer working there, if I get another pet I will definitely choose a different vet. Once Dr. Davis sold the business, it became about the money not the care of the pets! We miss Dr. Davis, but we are so glad he was there for our pets in the past and we hope he is enjoying his retirement. I don't think I will refer them either.

The staff here is excellent and so friendly. The new building is very nice and seems well thought out. I’ve taken my dogs here for yearly exams and dental cleanings and have been impressed with the knowledge and care that the staff has shown. Highly recommend for any pet owner.

Awesome pet clinic! I loved it that the vet sat on the floor to examine my dog instead of getting up on the cold scary table. Bailey liked the vet A LOT! And it is affordable for the annual exam, the vaccines and six months of flea and heart worm systemic meds. Last year I couldn’t get all of the meds because of the high cost (at another vet clinic). I was surprised that it was priced so well. Love this clinic! The technician, intern, and desk personnel all great!

Just to let everyone know Dr Davis is retired. The current staff is friendly. It is more expensive to take my cat there than a child to a Dr. You are put in a room to wait while they take your pet elsewhere. I had no idea what or how they treated my pet. I felt I was being taken advantage of. Every time the vet came back my pet had more issues. The price became unbelievable. I will not be going back to Pet Health

I can't recommend the Pet Health Center of Solon enough!They always take great care of my animals.The whole staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful.The cost is always reasonable.I live in Minneapolis now, and I still make the five-hour drive to bring my animals here.They're worth the trip and then some.

Some of the old and some of the new.The staff is great,they took both dogs at the same time,in the same room and offered the different options for rebates,and ease of taking care of all the yearly shots, flea and tick and heartworm treatments.Just last year 3 vets combined and moved into one new bldg. Very nice place

This place has gone corporate!!Dr. Davis was a wonderful and affordable Vet visit, especially for multiple pet owners. Make no mistake, you are paying for their new fancy building and their new employees.The female doctor was very nice, but as soon as her smiling face left the room, someone not so smiley, (probably because part of her job was to say..without any warning) "that will be 240 dollars". You are now asked to pay in the treatment room and make no mistake, you are paying more than double for the same treatment you got last year from Dr. Davis. Until recently, we had 3 cats and it's hard to imagine how much that bill would have been! Fact..I paid exactly $124.05 more than I would have at another office for the same treatment! With that said, I do expect to pay for services rendered and I do expect to pay a few dollars more some years, but taking two cats for their annual check up should never make you feel so violated!! Our family was taken advantage of and we hope that in reading this, other families won't allow themselves the same experience.

We have been going to Dr. Davis since 2005 and love him. Even tho it can be difficult to get in at the time you want, the doctors are very attentive to your pet and questions you have. The only complaint/concern I have is that the office hours state the clinic opens at 7:30am, but the phone doesn't seem to get answered at that time... It can take about 5-15 mins for someone to answer and there is no option to leave a message/call-back number.
