This is the best place I have taken my dog for grooming! I lived in Iowa city, where everything is expensive and the service is not so good as in Alyce’s Sirius Styling. My dog got so pretty and her paws were incredible well done. I love it and I’ll bring my dog back.

I wouldn't take Bear anywhere else. They are so gentle and kind with Bear. Bear's short cut is perfect for this active dog.

She does a wonderful job with our dogs. 1 of our dogs was a puppy mill rescue, he has a lot of anxiety. I can tell she is patient and kind with him. Our boys always come home with great haircuts, nail trims, ears cleaned etc .

Alyce is the third groomer we have used since moving to IA. I would give her 10 stars if possible! She did a beautiful job grooming my 2 miniature schnauzers. She took such great care with both of them, but especially my old lady of 14 yrs, who is needing a little more TLC these days. I can't say enough positive things. We will definitely be going back. Well worth the extra drive time.

Alyce does an amazing job grooming our pets. We have a Bedlington terrier which is fairly unusual and one of the most difficult breeds to groom because of their poodle-like fur and unique style for the cut. Every time our dog's cut looks wonderful. We just had our new Bedlington puppy groomed for the 1st time and she looks perfect. I would highly recommend her especially if you have a non-shedding/curly hair dog and don't want it looking squirrely just because it got a haircut.

AMAZING is all I can say. We were leaving town and needed groomed. They worked our two Mini Aussies in. I explained that one had some anxiety and my male was timid. When I arrived to pick them up, they looked absolutely beautiful. Every hair was in place from head to toe. Brian did a marvelous job. This will be our new go too groomer. Thanks Brian and ladies for making this a fantastic experience for our dogs and their moms.

5 star always. Alyce and her brother do high quality grooming and are loving and kind to my pup. He gets excited the minute we walk in the door and runs into their arms. It's a great place to get your pet groomed.

I called ahead to Alicia's Sirius Styling to see whether my dog could be boarded on Friday evening. The young girl I spoke with was very nice. She asked if my dog's shots were updated and I said they were not, but we had an appointment to have them updated on the 15th and did she need proof of the appointment. She said no. I said that we had moved to Solon and let things get behind, but that we were working to get everything caught back up. I also asked if it was ok that my dog was in heat and that we were also getting her fixed after her shots. She stated that was also fine and they just needed to know so they could keep her away from other dogs.Upon dropping off my dog, the lady was livid that 5 calls about shots for my dog and other dogs had not been made and this was illegal and she was going to be shut down. She said this in front of another customer too and pointed at her and said she was one of them too. The lady looked surprised. What were we supposed to say? I stated that I was told it was fine and while she was still fussing about it like it was my fault somehow that I brought my dog in, she took my dog. I stated I would have the vet fax over the new shots on Monday.I picked up my dog today and the little girl at the counter quite rudely said my dog needed her shots updated and that it was illegal for them to board her. I stated that the girl I spoke with over the phone knew that they weren't up to date and I told her that I could bring in proof of the appointment. The little girl shook her head and said she was the one I had talked to and that I had never told her about the shots not being updated. My mouth literally hit the floor!! I know the owner could hear her saying all that and I know she had been in trouble for telling me it was okay to board my dog so she stood there and called me a liar in front of other customers. I said just give me my dog and we'll be done with this.I have never been treated so badly. I have never been in a place where an employee is yelling at a customer in front of other customers and the boss goes about her business like she doesn't hear anything. I came home so angry. I still can't believe it.

Alyce has always done a great job with my dog Monte. He is a mix Brittney who really doesn't have to be groomed on a regular basic but Alyce does such a good job it is worth the extra expensive ever few months, and he looks great afterwards.

DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE, A few days ago my mom called and asked to have our dogs boarded and groomed on Sunday July 21st and was told that they would take the dogs at 8am as they are only open to take dogs at 8am and 4pm. Today is Sunday July 21st and when my mom went to take our dogs in at exactly 8am there was no one in the store, the door was locked, and there was a closed sign in the window. She came back home to get her phone and brought me with her to Alyce’s Sirius Styling building and I went up to both a side door and a front door to open them and both were locked. We then started to call to see why there was no one at the building and thought maybe they had been walking dogs and hadn’t been back yet. Four unanswered phone calls and about 15 minutes later there was still no one at the building to take our dogs. Today we were supposed to start our vacation in Chicago for three days, our only planned vacation we were supposed to take this summer, and are unable to go until we find someone to take our dogs. Our hotels are paid for, we were supposed to go to multiple museums and an aquarium as well as other little things that had already been pre paid for, and are now going to be out several hundreds of dollars because of the inability of Alyce’s Sirius Styling to be at the store on time to take our dogs. If you are planning on vacationing I DO NOT RECOMMEND BRINGING PETS HERE unless you plan on not actually being able to go on the vacation. DISAPPOINTING!!
