Pizza Post has the best bread sticks I've ever had - soft in the middle with a slight crunch on the outside. Great start to the meal. The pizza had a delicious crust as well as excellent mozzarella cheese (better than most places) on top with top notch ingredients. The atmosphere inside is quite nice - like a 50s style diner, very comfortable to enjoy our pizza. I'd highly recommend this business - they're very friendly and its such a short drive from Sioux City that it is worth your time to check them out. 👍

Me, my wife and father stopped in to try the Pizza on our way to Deadwood, SD. for vacation. We ordered a large pepperoni with extra cheese and bread sticks. The pizza extra cheese was truly extra (more than any pizza shop I’ve been to) and cooked really well. The crust was light and cooked perfect and we got more breadsticks then we knew what to do with.So if you’re on I-29 headed to or from Sioux City, Iowa. I highly recommend taking exit 127 and stopping in Sloan, Iowa to try out the pizza at the Pizza Post.

A little gem of a pizza place in Sloan. They offer nightly specials so check their menu for their deals. Parking is off the street and may make it appear that there is not a lot space inside but the restaurant is larger than it appears! We do recommend the combo pizza with everything on it which does include sour kraut. This does sounds like a unique topping, however, if you are up for something a bit different...go for it! If you are a fan of bread sticks order an extra one! We also like to keep the basket that the bread sticks come in to dip out pizza in! We have also ordered the boasted chicken which is something that we would order again. There is also a small game room so be sure to bring some quarters along!

Holy cow this place is amazing! From the cinnamon breadsticks to the pizza, everything was perfection. Service was spot on! Ranch was a bit bland, but I'm from Minnesota where we drink that stuff, so I'll give you that one

My wife and I were down in Sloan spending time with my mother and decided to order some pizza. We ended up ordering the special of pizza and chicken. The pizza was really good, and chicken tasted amazing! Highly recommend checking them out and supporting a locally owned business!

There was a few younger kids working and a couple were using bad language and had bad attitudes. We had pizza, but no breadsticks. Pizza crust a little bit thicker than the previous owners pizza but still good!

Decided to try it out. Haven't been in there since high-school. Over 35 years ago. Place is exactly as it was. The food was unbelievable. Completely worth going there. Definitely going back

I Am Sad to say that this has permanently closed it doors for personal and medical issues with the family that owned and operated the Post. It is up for sale and I wish I could buy n open n operate it with the same food they made..everything was good. I know that they will be missed and the family is in the entire town prayers as well as the surrounding area. Its a Small farm town surrounded by farms,motels, an indian Casino that is popular and the Podt was the "Go To Place" .😣😣😢😢😭😭😭

This is a very good place to go eat the food is amazing and the staff is very nice and the restaurant is clean and the price is reasonable I would recommend if you haven't tried it go try it you will definitely be back the pizza is my favorite and the cinnamon sticks

They won't del. To the kum@ go for a trk driver sitting in the lot after a long day out on the road bringing all of the us everything they own eaven there pizza supplies that I'm sure come via truck.
