Received a notice from the City of a water main break at one of my properties. I called 6 plumbers to get it fixed. Some were too busy to fix and many did not work on mains.The call taker at Wrenns said they did not work on mains, but instead of hanging up and leaving me hanging, she took the time on her own to give me recommendations of companies that work on mains. Thank you!!!!

Had a Water Heater replaced under warranty from Wrenns Plumbing and Heating. I received a bill for 2.5 hours of labor when the installer was here for less than an hour. Called to discuss this with the billing office and was given several excuses. They have lost a customer for shady billing practices.

Our pipes froze and I couldn’t get in touch with anyone to come out to help. When I called Wrenn’s the receptionist was very helpful and they were able to get someone to my house within a half hour. Our plumber was one of the nicest people I’ve ever met and even loved on our dog Jack. He was able to get our water running again. Overall excellent service!!

This morning when I came into work our water heater had gone out and flooded most of our back room. I called around to see if I could get a plumber here quickly to replace the water heater. We were in desperate need since we had shut off the water to stop the flooding. Wrenn's was able to get here within an hour. The gentleman who came in was very quick and knowledgeable. He also notice one of our valves was on wrong so he fixed it for us. Would gladly recommend them.

Always excellent, friendly, knowledgeable service. I was having trouble with sewer gas escaping from a sink that was installed by another local company during a remodel. I had the other company come out, and they guessed (incorrectly) what the problem was, and did not fix the problem. I called Wrenn's, and they came out within minutes, and knew what the problem was in two seconds just by looking at it - fixed in minutes.I have used Wrenn's for two major jobs over the years - tearing up my basement floor to replace a broken pipe, and replacing my waste stack from the attic to the basement. Both jobs were completed professionally and promptly, at a reasonable price.I am a customer for life!

I have used Wrenn's for all my plumbing needs for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, punctual and competent -prices are very fair/competitive -I would strongly recommend them to anyone... and have!( just wish they did air conditioning, too)

I had an electric water heater and expansion tank installed in place of my gas water heater. The people who answered the phone were prompt and courteous. The installation was clean and no mess was left behind. I plan to use them again for future work.

Horrible customer service. Inquired three times about the service history on a 20+ year old water softener unit and got no calls back. 20 dollars a month on a unit that is 20+ years old and from what I can see around the house is not working. They only want money after that they don't care about you!
