Shebunderstood my concern and had my problem fixed in a matter of minutes. I walked in the store 15 minutes before closing time and she was happy to help.

Truman is one of the better customer service and sales individuals I’ve come across in a long time. I came into the store without an appointment and had to switch from a business account to a personal line, add extra lines and then ended up getting a Verizon credit card to pay my phone bill each month and tried the home internet for free for 30 days. We had a lot going on and he was patient and diligent to find the best deal for me. He took the time to inform me of the pros and cons of each decision in detail. He followed up with me after a week or two to see how the home internet was working and when my daughter needed an upgrade he literally came into work after his shift to take care of us. He definitely went above and beyond for us and my personal fave was that he didn’t have a bunch of unprofessional side convos with his co workers while helping us, his attention was solely on us. He’s pretty much perfect!

Walked in because my phone wasn't properly set up the day prior and all my messages were lost. The guy at the desk basically said it was a Google problem and there was nothing he could do, didn't even attempt to look at my phone. I only went here because they opened sooner than the actual Verizon store. After not getting helped whatsoever I went to the actual Verizon store and they re-set up my phone and all my messages appeared. I would never come back to this store and will recommend everyone going to a Verison store instead.
