Nice clean store. I've never had a problem with the pharmacy or any other employee. food is A lot more expensive than grocery stores, ALOT. Not sure why that is... it's not a gas station. I've gotten all my family's prescriptions and vaccinations at this walgreens.

Today I just had someone come up to me in the store wearing a facemask and big coat concealing their face and walked up to and tried to follow me and record me. I hurried up and walked up front to tell employees working and they ignored me. I walked to other side to hopefully just have them leave me alone and they came back and got in my face again. So I walked away and they followed me again. I raised my voice for them to leave me alone and employee in store yelled at both of us. Knowing I had just asked for help. I was very scared and just left. Called to get a manger or corporate number and no one would give me one and hung up multiple times trying to get a manger to speak with. Never will step a foot in that store.I will be sure to let everyone know how employees treat customers especially in a situation like that when I even went for help and asked for a manager.

Pharmacy won’t let you know your prescription is on back order within any sort of decent timeframe, while you run out of meds they’ll just jerk you around so you can’t transfer it out

It’s unbelievable how many times this pharmacy has messed up my or my family members prescriptions. That’s why it’s always good to double check the prescriptions orders before releasing to customer.

I called before I came to maximize my time after requesting refills by phone. I spoke to a real person to confirm and when I arrived I was not given what I requested. April at the window said this was all that was ready and she was sorry because she didn't know who I spoke to. She checked and confirmed the other medicine was indeed on the profile and filled it. So I had too wait another 20 minutes as usual. not a great feeling. How do I get my time back.

Sometimes the service is very friendly I've had a couple times I have went in I had rude customer service but requested to speak to the manager and everything was taken care of the pharmacy answers all my questions I have no problem with anything going on with my medication the drive-thru wait time can be long at times but I have figured out if you go around 5 p.m. it's not as long they're very friendly and I love how they always ask if you need to know about your medications or the side effects

Was terminated from the Morningside Walgreens, Sioux City Iowa for not speaking in a certain voice tone over the radio..had nothing to do with my job performance, attendance or customer service. The manager and Assistant Manager, who I will not mention by name, stated that an co-worker was offended with my tone of voice as well..this was totally unexceptable..and I feel job discrimination was apart of their action..Training is needed for people who want that type of position in any workplace..no warning..just terminated after a full days work...FYI

It’s supposed to be a FedEx OnSite pickup location, but if employees can’t find a valuable shipment after FedEx tracking shows it was delivered there 24 hours before the customer shows up...

The pharmacy here is ridiculous. They never have anyone working. It takes 20 minutes to get 1 prescription and it's just amoxicillin. Please get some help!!
