Poor customer service, uneducated and poorly trained staff, rude and hostile management. Prices are EXCESSIVELY high. The store is NEVER clean, and don't even bother trying to use the restroom...most hog confinements are both cleaner and better smelling.The shelves are never stocked, nothing is properly labeled or marked, they don't remove old sale signs and also won't honor the price it presents. The shelves are sloppy and often damaged, open, even moldy products are overlooked.Finally the pharmacy is less professional, capable and prepared than most crack dealers. It's closed on weekends, it's closed early on nights, and they take their lunches between 1:30 to. 2 pm. I mean why have lunch breaks at a normal time or one that makes any kind of sense.To be completely honest this store simply needs to close it's doors. It's a complete joke and has been ever since it's been here. Tragic how casual and carefree they are about these things

My experience was horrible this is the second time I came in to this Walgreens and got treated horriblely I didn't even get my discount for being a member and I did receive no friendly customer service I think they need more training on how to treat paying customers

They deserve a zero star for the Worst employees at the cash register by the cigarettes of all time. Called me a freak at the cash register on Thanksgiving just for waiting around thought I was staring at me just waiting for cigarettes. I had another experience when a lady called me a liar gossiping about me behind my back. Never shop here. Worst experience or my life. I get scared of getting hurt just by going there. 🤮🤢

I've been going to Walgreens over 14 years. Even when I go to a different state and make sure I go to Walgreens. The the pharmacist make sure that they explain the refills or if you ask them questions about a prescription or an over-the-counter medication they will help you. They are very friendly make sure that you're happy.

My cat caught his nail on our tree and lost a good portion of his nail. I came in for assistance finding antibiotics, antiseptic and bandages.The associates Daniella, Leticia and MJ helped me tremendously and I highly recommend this store. 10/10.

The prices are just a little high on some items and others just right. it's well lit and clean and usually open pretty late at night. The staff is almost always super friendly.

A big part of my job is differentiating between service and hospitality. Service is exchanging money for goods and services: it’s a necessary transaction which is fundamentally cold. Hospitality is personal— it’s about evoking a feeling, and it’s incredibly difficult to quantify or teach. Picking up my prescription tonight, I encountered hospitality.Under my new insurance, the copay for the same drug I’ve taken for over a year is now more than triple the cost. This wasn’t a surprise, in fact I skipped a few doses to see if I could make it without. (I can’t) The pharmacist recognized me, asked how I was feeling, informed me of the new cost and asked with a tone of helpless empathy, “is there anything else you could try that might be less expensive?” There isn’t, so I thanked him, paid, and left— something I’m incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to do.Service was selling me the medicine. Hospitality was the kind look in his eye. He can’t change our healthcare system (though I sincerely hope he votes in favor of trying). He couldn’t fix it. I still had to pay a ridiculous amount of money for my medicine. But he showed me hospitality, just in a look. And sometimes that’s all anyone needs.

The homeless gentleman camped out at the front entrance was an inviting touch. The inside was clean and organized however. The cashier was surprisingly pleasant.

We went in looking for snack foods for or motel room. Found what we wanted. They had Licorice on sale at 2 for $4 and we had a coupon for $1 off 2 and points gave us $5 off so a great deal was had by us. Ok Walgreens.

It's a nice a place to go. The down side is that there is no 24 hour pharmacist on staff. The workers are not too friendly. They don't seem to care much about their job. They seem to just want you to hurry up and leave so they can get back to whatever they were doing.

I went to this Walgreens on the way to work. I picked up my merchandise, went to the cash register at the front of the store and waited behind one customer ahead of me.The elderly, female cashier looked at me and ordered me to stand behind the "blue line." I had no idea what she was talking about, but I then noticed a strip of blue tape on the floor. I apologized and told her I wasn't aware of their rule. She then barked, "Dont you watch the news?" She said it in a very disrespectful, unprofessional and condescending tone. I was stunned and angry. Another customer got in line behind me and ignored the blue line because he obviously was not aware of the rule. I told him that he'd better get behind the blue line before the cashier yelled at him. He replied, " What blue line?"Yes I watch the news!Please dont talk to me like I am a moron.We are all in this together!!!

I showed up at 5:55 to the drive thru pharmacy. I was working and couldn't make it there but since they arent supposed to close till 6 you would assume I would have been able to get my much needed prescription. You would be wrong they were already closed. They should state they close at least 5 minutes early and stop lying about it. I am very disappointed and I will be changing pharmacies.

Walgreens on Hamilton...I just had the most horrible experience at this walgreens the clerk there was rude and very unhelpful. Even accused me of trying to steal zicam. Will not be going here ever again. And they wonder why people order everything off amazon. We dont want to have to deal with rude people.

The cashier at the customer service was a witch, taking my credit card out of my hand. Acting like i cant read the credit reader. Didnt get a deal I want because the shelfs were maked wrong.

I won’t even give this place a star, employees clearly doesn’t know how to return or void the item I bought and returned items and I used my card, instead of returning my money, the re rang my items and said the item I bought was voided. And asked me to pay again so I paid with cash this time.I was told the money that Was charged in my card is going to be returned,since they voided my transaction. But it’s been almost a week now they have never returned my money And on my bank statement I was charged , I even went to the store and coz they told me if it didn’t come back they will give me my money back. It was horrible there’s no manager available and the employees doesn’t seem to know what they are doing, ITS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE EBER AGAIN AND IM FILING A DESPUTE ON MY BANK!!!!!!!!!!

I bought a $30.00 pair of sony headphones their today. Didnt work!!!... Went back and exchanged em for the same pair... Also didnt work.... One headphone worked on each pair... DONT BUY HEADPHONES THEIR... ZERO STARS....

Lost covid tests, wrong covid tests. Pretty annoying. The pharmacy is incopetent and the employees all look like the work thier for free drugs and at tines ore not coherent.
