I always have a good experience at Target, I don't think I've ever had a bad one. Great service, Solid products and atmosphere. Usually very tidy and organized. Easy checkouts and I like Starbucks lol. Also everybody knows that's where the baddies shop 💯😆❤️🔥

Doing some random shopping to use my 2 year old Gift Card and was disappointing that despite excellent customer service, there was no yarn to buy in the entire store. They had everything else in the world but no yarn. They need to sell it, but I understand with a Hobby Lobby across the way it's not necessary. But the Hobby Lobby is closed on Sundays so it was slightly inconvenient. I still love you Target and would go back :)2021, I finally used all my gift card balance here. Huge selection of shirts and things I personally have never seen. Pregnant mannequins and baby and plus size, all ages really. It was kind of neat seeing such a variety of body types and size mannequins.

It’s an excellent place for shopping and very convenient. The only thing I don’t like about this location is that whenever I go shopping for Kpop albums, they are always open with all the goodies stolen. I always let their employees know it’s been stolen, but it always happens. If they had locked all their Kpop albums, this could have been prevented, and it would prevent them from losing money. Please close all the Kpop albums!!!

Went to pickup prescription at CVS that is located inside store. This is the largest target store I have ever seen. They have everything here. A lot of there Christmas wear is already out & if you don't buy it now it will be gone soon. I'm trying to talk myself into it cause I bought 3 Christmas sweaters. I know I'll be mad at myself tomorrow.Sale people were nice & helpful. Tried to leave in a hurry so I wouldn't buy anything else.

Returned to Target to take back a shower caddy that didn't even last half of their allotted guarantee time against rust/defects. Purchased some Easter items and cards, the cards were 20% off of specific ones with Target Circle but at the register they weren't in the system correctly so we didn't receive the 20% discount, we had the cashier re attempt and when it failed he called over his boss which on her name tag was a trainer. The Trainer then looked and said the one was a card pack and it was excluded but it wasn't and was in system wrong, she had to manually input the discount because the system wouldn't ring items up correctly. I asked as if she would actually know, how many other people have over paid on their cards? I bet she didn't even address the issue with management.Older, Was overcharged by target today, again.. it's not as frequent as some stores but it does happen. Then it's on me to take back whats rightfully mine and they have no responsibility. I'm taking more time out of my schedule to get back what you stole from me, alot of the time having to make a special trip back to the store and ya xant even offer an apology and something for the trouble I've had to go through to get back the money you stole from me. In about a 2 year period its happend 4 times. Oh and the sales stickers you leave up with tiny hand written dates dont excuse the fact that your employees are so lazy they can't seem to pull them off the prices.Many of the up & up target brand health n beauty items are sub-standard. Tension headache, "emergen-c" type powder mix, daily vitamins, mouthwash. I do use the up & up paper products and toothbrushes although I did find a small piece of wood between the double ply of the toilet tissues recently. I contacted the customer service line to let them know the issues and they wanted me to drive all the way back to target to attempt to return the used/open products literally telling me that they probably won't accept them and I should call the customer service line when the store customer service denies me the returns.Their employees don't all share the same point of view on use of coupons as Target does either. The store auto checkout was refusing a coupon cut directly from the local Thursday paper and a manager decided to accept it. I told them I've had issues before with being able to use coupons there and they said that target is trying to force coupons out completely.Customer service and products are extremely lacking in the last few years, not to mention all the expiration dates have shrunk on many products. Dry goods are spose to last for about a year yet most I see now at the store give you about 2 months.So many issues now but if "we" don't say something then it's going to get worse. TheMassive increase in self checkout lanes has also increased, generating revenue for the stores with facial recognition software and recording all of our actions with ea camera built into each register. Privacy is also an issue with returns/exchanges and you forget or lose your receipt because dtores then want to scan your ID/license, most states already sell your personal information when you get or renew your ID/license and make millions each year.

You're better off picking up orders inside than using drive up. Waited 30 mins parked in the drive up, only to see other customers, who got there 10-15 mins after me, get their orders first. How s that even possible/? Ended up going inside and picking up the order myself, instead of wasting more of my time.

I do Shipt here a lot and the team here is very easy to work with. The management and customer service areas are the easiest to work with. Lisa, Gena, Pam, Yaquelin, Glenn, Sam, Nathan, Kat, Nayely, Justin, Sarah, Kayla are all super helpful anytime I need help with Shipt or personally.

The bathrooms were filthy, stunk so bad, baby changing table was gross, most of the faucets didnt work as well as the soap dispensers that was the MAIN bathroom the "Family" bathroom doesnt even have a changing table like I thought they would my fiancé went to go change pur 1month old baby in there cuz most mens bathrooms dont have changing table so we figured the family bathroom would have one.. Nope we were wrong. Seems to be when there were more cashiers employed the bathrooms and store was better kept up on!!!

When I tried to use the gift card online I earned with other purchases from target it wouldn't work. I stopped by customer service while in store she checked my app and it didn't show being used. Regardless she said there isn't anything she can do because it doesn't show balance. I am just out! Nice!!

The drive up experience was nice. It was my first time using it and I couldn't have been happier. I always go to this target and I always leave with cool finds I never expected to find.

Brandon is amazing, the associate in the cold food / wine area, very helpful. He stopped what he was doing, pulled out his device to look up the item I was inquiring about, and we found it !! I truly appreciate the few Target associates that pay attention to see if a customer needs help, and then are willing to stop what they are doing to help them.

Target honestly usually has what you need, but the prices on products are higher than most retails chains.There customer service is sub-par at most. Definitely never eager to help.However, I'm only leaving this review because of Jake. the employee that actually went to the back and found exactly what I was looking for after numerous attempts of other employees that said the famous quote "if it's not on the shelf we don't have it". Thank you Jake for doing your job and making a customer satisfied.

Very disappointing visit to Target today. My son picked out a toy and when we went to pay at the self check out, it wouldn't scan correctly, and a message came up that said an associate would be on the way. After the associate put some numbers in, a message came up on the screen that said the toy was not to be put out for sale until April 17th. Well, it was on the shelf to purchase, and the only one, so associate said he'd call supervisor. A woman came over, never even acknowledged my son or I, 1st associate explained it wouldn't ring up because it wasn't supposed to be put out until Sunday. She said oh, I'll take it, and just took it and walked away. My son was heart broken. She could have at least asked if we would like her to hold it until Sunday, or a gift card to come back, or anything, my son would have even been ok with an I'm sorry, but we were not offered any of these things, as we were not even acknowledged buy the supervisor. Very disappointing customer service, when the whole thing was a store freight issue to begin with. I understand mistakes happen, but when it's the stores fault by putting things out early, that shouldn't have been our problem. Don't think we will be back anytime soon.

I stopped by Target today to pick up a few items. Usually I spend more money than intended because I enjoy being in Target and look around a bit. With the new remodel they have added annoying loud music. I feel like I am in a Hollister store 🤬🤬🤬🤬 I picked up the three items I needed and left as quickly as possible. I won’t be back!!!

I LOVE getting the 5% off with my Red Card! I think that the products are better quality compared to similar companies. The staff is friendly, and helpful. I also appreciate the pharmacy staff. They are very busy but maintain a friendly positive vibe!

Love target but their boys clothes section sucks. And very little if any boy’s clothes on sale. But don’t worry if you’re looking for girl’s clothes they’ve got you covered. Girls sale clothes are even moving into the boys clothes section.

Clean, great prices and quality. HOWEVER, since their remodel clothing/shoe departments are unshoppable. Clothes and shoes strewn about. No clear aisles to walk. So sad, as I love getting my kids clothes at Target but with the disorganization and messiness it's more tedious than worth it now. :(

Izzy is the most laziest supervisor I have seen. Refused a refund because she didn’t believe our items came from Target. We drove 2 hours to do our return all for her to turn us away. We even called before we left the house. Not happy and will be taking my money to Souix Falls from now on.

On August 29th, Patrick was stocking the craft department and took time out of stocking and helped me. He took the time to digitally look up what i needed. He is a great worker. I know from experience that stocking the floor is usually based on so much per shift must be done. Customer service 11/10. The employee every store needs!

I purchased a clearance cardigan which I fell in love with. I wanted to wear it so decided to do so the next day. Upon wearing it I noticed a huge gaping hole in the armpit of the cardigan. I wanted to keep it as I knew I could fix it but the hole is extremely significant. I work retail and know that from a retailer standpoint you shouldn't try to sell something that is damaged beyond a certain point. I spoke to the MOD or LOD and tried to reconcile some options as I want to keep it but now have to figure out how to fix the hole. The only option I was given was to return it and there were no others in store. I wasn't offered any other discounts or even an apology. Not to mention that when I went to purchase I decided to use the the self check since it's the holidays and lines were busy elsewhere. I had two separate transactions because I was going to be using two different forms of payment. As I was ringing my items up I felt as the employee monitoring the self check area was more concerned with what I was doing versus helping another customer (as the machine was calling for assistance). I normally like Target and prefer it to my alternatives but with the total lack of respect I got with zero options for resolution and to be made out to feel like a shoplifter leaves me wondering if it's all worth it.

I ran into Target to quickly pick up scripts and grab some coffee. After finishing in the pharmacy I grabbed the coffee and went to checkout. The the line for self-checkout was very long. No way to social distance there with all going into one small area. I found out why the line was so long - only one checker working in all the other lanes at 5:30 pm! I put the coffee down and left. I love Target but I won’t be shopping there if they aren’t going to employ more people to check out.

Ordering online was quick and easy. I just ordered it on my laptop, and I received an email less than 5 minutes later letting me know it was ready to pick up. I walked in the door and went directly to the customer service desk. I showed my ID and was out the door in a few minutes. How can you beat that?
