Put in two separate print orders both before noon. I paid extra for the second one to be done before 3 pm. I went to pick them both up after 3 pm and they weren’t done and was told I only paid extra to have the first one done and they wouldn’t be able to fulfill my order until the following day. So I put in orders before noon and they weren’t able to print off 20 copies of what I needed within a day? Any other printing place I’ve used is able to fulfill a larger order within an hour, so this just seems a bit ridiculous. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Staples, however I usually go through OfficeMax so if you ever need something printed I would suggest going through them.

I used to go in to Staples and have them print out a page or two for me. I would send it from my phone. Probably took them 2 minutes. Now you have to wait till the end of day or the next day. I drive across town to get to Staples so I don’t come back later. They must be short staffed 🤷♀️

Great service the people that work here are always so friendly. Especially since whenever I go here I’m always a little needy. I got some stuff printed and laminated and it looked really good. The process of printing is very easy you can do it yourself and their instructions are really clear and easy. Everything is always so organized also. You can find pretty much everything you need when it comes to office supplies.

Really enjoyed being able to sit in office chairs before buying one like i did last time off amazon, what a mistake that was! However it was really unfortunate to be told the chair i liked was out of stock and that they wanted to charge me for the assembly on a floor model chair, really? And for the manager to say 'Merry Christmas' as if he was doing me a favor was completely insulting. Great Product terrible service whats new?

Was there today, horrible customer service! Had to make a return and had 2 managers and a clerk and still left with out even a store credit! I was directed to go online to do the return after I called before I made the trip out there and was told they returned online orders. Totally unhappy with the whole situation. Cindy T.

We have always felt the employees are professional. Today they a nice deed for my husband. When he came home he realized his phone was nowhere to be found. We dialed his # but no ring. He called your Lakeport Commons store to request they look for his phone. A few minutes later we heard his ring. We called the store to let them know and were told the employees were all looking for it. Today is Christmas Eve! We feel blessed! Thanks to the staff at Staples.

Just went to Staples to purchase a laptop for our home. We found the one we wanted. As the sales guy to pull it from stock. He said, "I am not allowed to sell any laptops without my manager or lead tech present. I would like to get it for you, but I don't want to lose my job."Why would a manger have a stupid rule like that and not want to make a quick few hundred bucks?

Worst customer service. 1st & last time going to a Staples. Kimi (person at the printing services) was really rude. I went in & greeted her, she barely talked back. I grabbed a business card to send a document to be printed and waited, and waited until she finally after 2 minutes got off the computer and said " "do you need something?" I said "yes, I need something to be printed" than when I tried to pay I inserted my cc and told her it was credit what should I press? She said "I don't know" so I tried to figure it out but ended up cancelling the payment. She again made a rude comment saying I had cancel the payment & had to start all over again. So I inserted the card and I asked what should I press she said again she didn't know so I ask her to call a manager. While I was waiting other employee went to ask her something which she knew the answer to that meant she wasn't need, she just didn't want to tell me how to pay. I will be back

I advise to take your commercial print jobs elsewhere. It seems like this store is unable to manage larger (500+) printing jobs. I used Staples for three printing jobs of 500+ pages each on three separate occasions. The first job was a mess because their online system cannot take more than 100 pages before it bogs down. I had to go in-store to hand the files in on a USB drive. The Staples store does not honor their online prices so I had to pay more than I was expecting. The first two jobs were incomplete and I had to return to the store to sort it out. The third printing job I gave them was 2,154 black and white pages. Since I could not go myself to pick up the product, my Project Manager (PM) picked up the order. They handed him one box with approximately 350 color prints and sent him on his way. We did not realize the order was incomplete until I came back from vacation. I returned the box so they could finish the job. The manager Toni called me later and refused to complete the job or offer a refund of the $212 paid. Toni insisted that they handed us the complete order and that I would have to return the 2,154 pages to get a refund. I insisted that she review security footage to see if my PM walked out with one box or four (approximately how many boxes it would take to carry 2,154 sheets of paper) but she refused to even do that. We have resorted to contesting the charges with Visa. My company has now prohibited any of its employees to use Staples services or stores for any reason because we got ripped of for $212. Personally, I will not use Staples again.

I've been to many staples locations throughout the country, but this location missing some important details. Customer service has to improve and they have too many clearance/open box items on the shelf not properly priced or very little discounted. I hope they get their acts together and they won't go out of business.

I needed an item and it was the last one in stock. I asked them to hold it for me, they said they could THEY SOLD THE ITEM I NEEDED TO SOMEONE ELSE WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE STORE. RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME. I complained to the manager, and said "I'm just having the worst luck" and she proceeded to lecture me on how I should be lucky that I didn't have a family emergency. Worst service ever

Half of the display shelves are empty in the store (i.e. keyboards, mice), terrible customer service. Clerk was disrespectful, and acting as if we weren't customers. Overall, horrible service and poor management of store.
