On the West Coast, it’s pretty easy to be disconnected from your food. Place an order at a Box Store, pick it up and you’re done. Maybe easy but not really joyful as food is intended to be. Break from the chain stores and come support small business in a engaging outdoor environment. Delicious produce that’s been watched over, cared for and plucked when ripe. Eggs from happy chickens, fresh meat, herbs, honey and lettuce. Even a salsa stall, crafts and dog cookies. Come down, grab a cup of coffee and see all that the Sioux City Farmers Market has to offer.

Love going every Saturday for fresh flowers and coliflower 😁😝 Wednesday its not so popping. Definitely recommend going right at 8am, it gets too busy shorty after !

They have a pretty good variety of vendors so you can find what you want. as usual the parking is pretty full and traffic control is non-existent but nothing to make me second guess going.

I absolutely love the Sioux City farmers market! They always have amazing coffee options and I can never leave without getting some a few bars of soap (so much more eco-friendly and of course the ones that have vegan ingredients :). One of the women who's shop is named Crazy Soaps I believe even asked if I was allergic to anything and upon telling her I was vegan, she said she would make a back of lavender soap bars for me next week! I was so thrilled and so incredibly grateful that she asked about allergies and preferences. On top of that she said her customers come first and if she's only making the batch for one person, she is willing to please a customer. So incredibly sweet!The only reason I didn't give this visit a 5-star review was the absence of vegan food options and cat treats. There were multiple dog treat tents set up, but I would love to bring my two furry girls at home something special from the farmers market as well. Otherwise it was awesome! We go every weekend 💜

I ask the first vendor I seen if they have watermelons? He said no. I ask him is this all the items there are. Very few. He said yes. So I spent all my vouchers there. He was lying. There was so many vendors there better than his. I learned a good lesson.

Not a lot of vendors left around noon... We did however get the softest bread I have ever eaten there was great with the homemade razzle dazzle jam we purchased as well. Good heirloom tomatoes.. also homemade soaps&lotions

What a variety of fresh produce and treats! I stopped by to stock up on Gringo's fresh pork rinds. While I was there, grabbed a BLT and piece of pumpkin cake. Wish I lived in the area- would have grabbed some produce, but was passing through.

Good place to get produce without worrying about the recalls heard about in the news today with onions, lettuce and other vegatables. Most all are freshly harvested from local farms. Only open for another few weeks.

This a great outdoor market place for local vendors. Flowers, fruits, veggies, baked goods, jams, jellies, jewelry, and other crafts and food trucks/tents. Walking distance to the Hard Rock, Stony Creek Inn and Milwaukee Wiener. Lots of free parking right across the street. GO!

Went to the market on a Saturday, lots of great vendors. Picked up some fresh eggs, lettuce, shallots, and cucumbers. I also put in an order for fresh chicken (meat) which I will pick up in a couple weeks.

I love this market! Got fresh veggies for a ratatouille, and picked up two cacti, and two other house plants all within steps of each other! Love it.

Very hot in summer. Lots of cool venders with products and food/drink. Our favorite was the freeze dried candy and the live music. Fun place for free to walk around and something to do.

Nice open friendly market. Have seen live music played there. They have something for just about any one including your pets. I urge you to check it out and support our local retailers!

It used to be better, it's a whole lot of local art and crafts and just stuff now...which is fine but when you go to a farmers market you expect there to be vegetables and stuff and that seems to be dwindling more and more each year

Visited from Omaha for the first time 2 weeks ago. We had a wonderful time and even purchaseed a few items.Everyone was very nice and willing to answer any questions we had.vWe will see you again this Wednesday.

Good local farmers market. Wide variety of products and produce, at reasonable prices. Couple food trucks, a few farmers, homemade soaps, honeys, meats, cheeses, and even some music.
