Super friendly and helpful staff! The clerk, Rudy was awesome! I had and electrical problem with my vehicle and he readily helped get jumper cables and another vehicle to help.Very clean, great place to autos to get in and out.

My day of complaining…The inside store part of pilot is okay and fairly in order but the bathrooms are filthy especially the floor. Whoever installed the toilet paper dispensers should be dragged through the streets naked because the dispensers are so close to the toilet that you have to practically sit sideways.The parking lot is nothing short of a third world country, what the hell is management thinking? Send someone out for one or two hours a day for 5 days to clean it all up and it’ll be done. Then just regular upkeep after that. Hope things turn around because I do like the pilot company.

If you like super tight places to park and waiting for shower for ever then this is the Pilot for you! Asked the manager why taking so long to shower?? Answer: people taking tooooo much time in it??? Magically, in other and same size stores drivers are showering faster.. it's amazing!!

Only came in for two soda-pops just for the cashier to make stupid comments about how broke we are as we’re pulling out spare bills then planned to pay the rest on card. Then she was talking miles a minute about random stuff I could not care about. Couldn’t be more than obvious she was high as a kite on speed. I just wanted my soft drinks and leave. If you’re a get it and go type of person, this is not the stop for you.

Don't come here if you're getting diesel and want to get in and out. I understand there's lines for truckers but the lines can be taken care of if your credit card machines actually worked at the pumps. Not only that you go inside the guy tells you they haven't worked since the beginning of 2023. Also the one guy that I asked to run my credit card with to get fuel was the only one working at the time and it was busy as I'll get out line wrapped all the way down one of the aisles. Not to mention I went to go take a leak and their restroom was out of order not just one stall the whole damn thing.

Not bad for a snowy sloppy saturday morning. The only complaint I have is the cashier ringing up our items and then walking away to ring up another customer and there were no other customers 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ um Aaron, can you finish, we have our money ready.

A very busy and dirty truck stop. The parking lot is littered with trash, the fuel island are designed very poorly, there is a small chance you could get trapped if the right amount of trucks pull forward after fuel due to the tight area in front of the pumps, and there isn’t a ton of parking. Every time I’ve fueled here there has been a line. Inside the truck stop can be frustrating, many products in the coils don’t have prices on them. The bathrooms were clean though.

I travel with my husband (truck driver) all over the mid west and this was one of the best pilot’s! What made it so great was the staff!! They were so helpful and nice. Good hot showers plus the Burger King was excellent.

As I'm writing this review in watching the manager in duty on 10/13/23, talking for about 5 minutes with the guy with colored hair that cleans the shower 🚿 while I see 3 showers with doors wide open waiting to be cleaned. Now they just took the only guy cleaning showers to the register, and now there are 5 showers waiting to be cleaned, and 4 guest waiting is been 30 mins, and all have not cleaned one shower. I also heard the manager say out loud she was going to camp out in the woman's restroom and not I see women going into the showers while a woman's restroom is being cleaned, supposedly very dissatisfied customer here.

One of the worst pilots ever super small parking horrible showers muggy and hot, hot water is non existent water pressure haha I shoulda jus went to the loves down the street the bathroom are dirty and. So are the shower rooms soap scum all over never again will I shower here is been better off washing up in someone’s sink than to shower here

We just had the most incredible experience at this Pilot. We are towing a small trailer with our Ford pickup. The truck was having issues and there was a Ford service center nearby. But it was Sunday and it was closed. Even though it was early in the day we knew we'd have to be patient and spend the night. We went in to get permission and THAT was when we met Tamara, the manager. We told her why we needed to stay and words just cannot describe her concern and compassion for our misfortune. Of course she said we could stay and she told us to let her know if there was anything she could do to help us, and she must have been able to see my distress because she asked if she could hug me! We've been traveling cross country, back and forth on every interstate for the past 5 years, and stayed at many Pilots. We have had good experiences at most of them and met many fine people. But this lady has a soul made of gold and treated us more like family than customers. She has been working at this location for 7 years and Pilot is lucky to have her! The restrooms are clean, and the store well-stocked. There are several rows of double lanes beside the pumps where we had parked our truck and trailer. We are 40' bumper to bumper and fit just right. The problem with the truck turned out to be fuse related and we found the replacement fuse in the store. When we went in to tell Tamara the truck was fixed and we didn't need to stay after all, she hugged us again! We were actually sad to leave. If you ever pass through Sioux City IA on I-29 and need a place to stay go see Tamara. I promise you'll be glad you chose this Pilot.

This pilot does have a restaurant (Burger King) but does not keep faith with the hours. The store rarely has hot food and the bathrooms are gross. If you want food make sure you are there before 7pm. If you are a night driver you’re screwed. When will pilot and flying j go back to caring about the driver.

Nice clean store & showers... I feel bad for cashiers; some of the WORST customers I've ever seen go here. Thanks Heather for GREAT customer service!!ATTN STUPID CUSTOMERSif you have never fueled a vehicle before, the fuel pumps have NUMBERS on them. You will need this information if you want to turn the pump on... It has been this way since 1950, it is a very convenient system.

David is an Exceptionally hard working employee and a very nice man, with excellent taste in music.I appreciate his care and attention to his customers. He made us feel so welcome.Cleanliness and attention to detail in the showers were immaculate.He is genuinely a model employee and would have paid handsomely for David to work for me.He definitely deserve a FAT raise.His daughter is a sweet person also. I have been coming to this Pilot for a little while.Tamara, one of the guest service people, that work here at Pilot, she is one of the best people working at this Pilot.She has excellent people skills. She is great at what she does at Pilot.She has always been friendly, to me and others.I stopped in Pilot to get something to drink and I told her that they were out of a lot of stuff the last time I came here. She went to Sam's and bought cups and straws and other stuff that Pilot was out of. Now, that is commitment and a great employee. Way to go Tamara. You are the best and Pilot is lucky to have you. I give Tamara 5 stars. She goes above and beyond and is an excellent asset, person to Pilot.

I often visit, but I have to say that as of late, the language and demeanor of some of the newer employees is abysmal. One individual was walking around on his phone, making obscene comments objectifying women while children where present........if this is acceptable by this location I will not be back

Satellite pump on diesel Island # 19 was extremely slow. It took 25 minutes to pump 195 gallons of fuel and 17 gallons of DEF.

Staff is nice and friendly and the place is well cleaned. Would give it a 5, but I am tired of the gas pumps always telling me to see cashier. I can go the one day and fill my wife’s vehicle without having to go in, but the next morning on my way home from work I get the “see cashier” and it’s real annoying when I have no other reason to go in. I believe it’s a hit or miss on the pumps when it comes to this. And sometimes my debit card will be good at pump but my rewards card won’t work.

I’m a driver and depend on a nice clean hot shower after a long day of driving and to my surprise this shower has some kind of buildup on everything and long long hair EVERYWHERE even in the towels ugh!!!! I won’t be back here ever in life.

For this place being relatively new it is a pit. Always has fuel that gets tracked into the truck. Good thing I have a day cab and not tracking that in the sleeper.
