On Saturday December 16, I went to a pet adoption at PetSmart. The pet adoption was through Noah's Hope Animal. I adopted a female dog she is a year and a half old she is a Dachshund, Poodle Shih Tzu. It was very busy. PetSmart has been working with Noah's home animal rescue for a long time. That's why I love PetSmart. They recommend rescue animals. PetSmart are very knowledgeable very reasonable and very patient people.

My son brought his miniture schnauzer in for her first haircut. He asked for a schnauzer cut, defined beard, eyebrows and skirt. He picked her up, he was in shock and they shaved everything off but left some on her face. She has bawled spots and places it is longer, uneven.. When he got home, his wife called and was very upset. They did refund their money but didn't acknowledge what a major screw of a cut that was done.

After just losing my dog I needed something for companionship when I'm home alone and stressful. We went in and found a kitten almost immediately and the pet associate helped us get all the things that we needed to take our little girl home and become a new family with her.

Poor little kitten I adopted was aged wrong and was very sick when I got her. Male manager is rude and just plain unhelpful.Waited in line forever as no staff jumped on other register. Line was back up down 2 isles.

When I went to look at the fish I seen three tanks FULL of dead fish nothing in the tank for them at all. It was so sad to look at I teared up a bit, there were still other fish in the same tank and they looked starved and the price for them is 22c?! Please somebody help them

A girl by the name tara groomed my Yorkie I was very surprised with how good of a job she did, I would recommend anyone to get their dog groomed by her.

Bought fish from there..Had to look for help and ask her questions twice cause she was to busy people watching..got home and all 6 fish died in 24 hours..from info she gave me..will never shop there again.

Most people were helpful. There was a guy checking out in another lane when we were ready to leave. We are senior citizens, and my wife is partially paralyzed, I was in Sioux City preparing for a hip replacement. We needed help carrying a big box out. When we asked for help, this guy said it would be a while.

Tina is an exceptional groomer who does an amazing job. She has groomed my Pomeranian several times over the years. My kids saw my dog and thought it was the best haircut she had ever got. Thanks Tina, you are appreciated!

Tara V is the best! I have a 15 year old shih tzu named Princess and Tara was amazing with her. Very kind and professional upon check-in, and was very gentle with Princess. With my dog’s age, I was a little nervous since she gets separation anxiety, but everything went well. Princess looks great!

For a long time I have kind of kept my mouth shut about Petsmart and how they care for their reptiles but after seeing this guy today i can't.. he was smashed under 4/5 other beardies fighting for the heat lamp, which isnt even big enough for that many dragons.. not to mention they had no uvb light and there was poop in their food... if you want to call it food. This is a frequent issue with PetSmart. We brought the issue to employees attention and all they did was go and look in there. One stated oh yea he will probably die... yet they left him in there and went on with their day....

Our groomer, Darrick, is amazing! So gentle and calm. He gave me a detailed description of all he did during the visit and how my dog behaved. My dog came home clean, soft, and smelling so good! I will continue to go to Pet Smart for my dog's grooming needs.

Very nice store-clean and well organized. We were there primarily for grooming services....which was EXTREMELY slow. Finally called after 4 hours only to be told the dog(small dog!) had been bathed but nothing else. Nearly 6 hours for one small grooming appointment. However, the dog loves the groomer and she (the dog) had no schedule to keep!

I have used Petsmart grooming services for the last 3 years. Increasingly in the last year, the service has gotten worse. Tuesday, I dropped my 8lb dog off to be groomed, I am called 2.5 hours later telling me he is ready to be picked up. Upon walking into the grooming area I can hear him yelping in the back room. The front counter person was rude "Oh he's letting you know he's still here" or he can hear me talking weirdo? When the associate brought him out, I've never seen him run faster to me in his life. The "grooming" job done to him was abusive, point blank. Razor burn and cuts all over his body from scissors, a gouge from scissors on his face, random chunks of hair missing all over. I am entirely horrified. The trauma that was inflicted upon this animal is depressing. I will absolutely never ever set foot inside another petsmart and will discourage anyone from using the grooming services. Do better.

I'm done taking my dog here for grooming. He has clipper burn all over his peri area and with how many times they called me, and when I came to pick him up, it wasn't mentioned. Also, nothing was suggested to help it. Kayla acted like all was fine even though she's the one that did it. Don't take your animals to her. What a disgrace. She should of been ashamed of herself. Enough said.

I enjoy this pet smart a lot. All of the employees are very friendly and the atmosphere is lovely, but I didn’t like how inattentive the young blonde cashier was. She didn’t really talk to us and even forgot to give me my fourth Merry & Bright Christmas Tree Chew for free. I only bought them because of the buy 3 get the fourth one free deal- and after getting home and realizing she hadn’t even paid attention to that, it made the experience a little less pleasant. 11/23I am changing my review from four starts to three stars because I was hung up on by and older male at 5:18pm on 06/21/23 when asking for assistance in contacting F.O.T.A.S. I would refrain from going here. 06/23

The store was great! Healthy animals, lively fish, green aquarium plants, lots of pet toys to choose from, a variety of cages and enclosures for your animals, and a wide selection of other pet needs! (ie litter, bedding). The employees were all nice and very helpful. I recommend visiting this store for all your pet needs!
