It is a fun store and the employees are nice. It's always one of our stops for Halloween. The reason I am giving this store two stars is because of the condition of the store. Everytime I walk in, there are boxes and trash laying all over the isles. Merchandise just laying around. I dont get it. I work in a shop with construction and ag equipment in and out all day and the shop is cleaner that this store is on any given day.

Probably the worst service anyone could ever receive at this location. I would rather pay 3x the price at a different location than to ever come here. The chick with the tattoos on her fingers is probably the rudest employee you have there and I know I’m not the only one who thinks this as ive expressed the disappointing service to other people and they seem to have the same issue with the same employee. Always rude and has snarky remarks when you ask a simple question about any product.

Placed an online order for 50 balloons 1/2 light purple half dark purple. The day of pick up I realize 1/2 my balloons are being filled in the city where I work and the other in my hometown. Call as soon as I realize which is 10 minutes after my pick up time only to be told they have already been inflated and that they can pass it on to a manager but they are not the ones who placed the order. I explained I realize that because I called to just place the order and was told “ we don’t do that but you can go online.” The sales person “yes, that’s the way we’ve done it since March” where is the compassion, the customer service. An honest mistake and no empathy or willingness to even take my order number down but you were going to escalate it to a manager. All while I have the same order number for each 25. I’m passed frustrated that I’ve now wasted money and had to reorder another 25 and be charged. Celebrating 10 years of the passing of my grandmother and your company made it super smooth.. NOTTTTT!!!

I would like to start off with that I am really pleased with my trip to party city. This Halloween I bought a minion costume and I liked it so much. Moreover, the guy that helped look for the costume was the Wyatt guy. Wyatt was really helpful. But he seemed a little odd. He was giving me Jeffrey Dalhmer vibes. But other than that he was great help and wish to see more employees like him.

Note to owner response. Your team members were great! it was your lack of inventory that cased the 3 stars. Other party City locations I have been to have been well stocked with Halloween decorations that close to the holiday. The fact that your response automatically assumed your team member was at fault is disheartening. Do better!

I came in to buy some new years balloons and the lady name diayana was working tonight she was mean and gave me and horrible look when I ask if I can get some Ballons fill so I ask for her manager and she said she was the manager but I did not believe her she is a horrible person personally won't be coming back to this party city !

I'd like to start by saying I normally really like party city, but today I wasn't impressed at all. They had 3 people working and the line was pretty long. I asked them to blow up 5 balloons and it took them 30-40 mins. There was one person that was getting their balloons first, so I knew I had to wait which is fine. The problem I had was they would blow up 2 of my balloons and move on to another customers order. Finish the order you are working on before you move to another. One of the girls working had 4 very noticeable hickeys on her neck. I guess they are that desperate for help that they would let someone work like that.

There was a woman in here so completely rude to the front people. From what I gathered she hadn't paid for any of her items and was coming back for them and was angry because they hadn't inflated balloons she hadn't even paid for yet? Grow up. Kudos to the young girls up front. Bad karma to you, karen with the ugly knock off gold purse.

Store is great but maybe hire an actual adult to supervise the 5 high school employees working... that way someone knows what to do while they all hide in the back trying to look busy while 10 customers wait in line wondering if anyone is coming. I asked one of the girls if we could get a cashier and she didnt even acknowledge me she just turned around and walked away and 30 seconds later another high school kid came up front to check everyone out. 🤦‍♀️

I bought candy there with my birthday money and was very disappointed. I got several different kinds and all were stale, old , and absolutely discusting. I have never in my life tasted worse candy than that. Shame on you for taking my birthday money and ripping me off.

For being the city's largest party planning place, you would think they would have a great selection of balloons for EVERY occasion. I needed some thank you balloons, they only had ONE crappy style available, and only three in stock! The whole time the employee was snippy and not great at all at explaining things or answering questions. Would not buy balloons from them again.

Nice selection of kids party deco, they usually have the latest trending cartoon. Wish the costumes were cheaper. Nice place to go all year round for things like Spirit week etc. Can get some good clearance items and a nice balloon section.

This is the place to go for all your party needs. I went in for just a couple of items and came out with alot more than that. It's almost like I was a kid in toy store. They have just about anything and everything you would want for a party and then some. The prices are pretty fair. I am definitely coming back here.

If you're throwing a party they definitely have what you need. I went to get supplies for my new years party for which I am doing a vegas theme and a balloon drop with 120 balloons. Some stuff is a little more spendy to do but i like to go the extra mile with party planning. Party city is the place to go.

Just as the name implies. Has a bunch of party supplies. Need helium balloons? Need a tank of helium instead? This is the place for it. Can also get 10 pieces of candy for the price of 1 dollar. Other candy might be more be such like 4 pieces of candy for 1

Ordered balloons to pick up between 6 and 630 its 5 to 7 and I'm watching them put them together and the managers face looks like it will break if she smiled has not said one word to me. Will not be back

I have made 4 attempts to contact this company on an order I placed I,line. An item was broken and all parts were not there. I have heard nothing from them. I would recommend not buying from here
