Today I was not a happy truck driver. I was sleeping in my truck and a construction worker came and woke me up to tell me I had to move my truck because he need to calling off the parking lot so they can tear it up for tomorrow I told him once we going to sleep or we cannot move our truck. He threaten to call a tow truck company to remove my truck,I called Loves corporate office and they were not happy. The construction company was supposed to start 4/26/24 but they started the day early4/25/24 they didn’t have no signs to let anybody know they were doing construction in the parking lot. It would’ve been nice if there was a sign in the front yard letting people know and the doorways this is a pretty sad thing for Loves the the on-site manager Andy wasn’t very friendly to me and to any other drivers. I will buy diesel here, but I will never park at the Loves and Sioux City I Iowa because they kick you out of your spot when they have construction going on somebody needs to learn from this mistake people gotta realize customers come first and customers always right

I keep notifying them about cars parked in bobtail-only spots, but nothing EVER changes. This is why we have to park in full size spots. It's NOT our fault.

They need to take better care of cleaning the showers. Dirty toilet seat, beard trim on the counter top. I understand its a big store with lots of showers so they have to hurry but id rather wait an extra 15 minutes for a thoroughly clean bathroom.

Why????? 🧐 Why put people in the front that are supposed to be friendly & welcoming that are miserable 😩? The kinda heavyset black lady with shorter braids in morning very unfriendly. Customers asking her how she is , she grunts... she was yelling at the young guy with reddish hair to wait on other customers while he was waiting a customer, printing something out from the store. He was extremely nice, and I felt bad for him since he was doing his job! Just RUDE

Got gas for my car at pump no.1 and requested a receipt at the pump. None printed. Went inside and asked for a copy at the register. Attendant told me that pump 1 and pump 5 don’t print receipts so just don’t use them if you want a receipt. This would indicate they’ve known they have a problem for some time now. Perhaps the better answer, and policy, would be to fix what’s broken. Mechanically and inside the corporate atmosphere. Simply tolerating less than stellar customer service is not acceptable when your company is in the customer service business…

I would give this place 5 stars, but parking here is very limited. Other than that, this place is great to get fueled up at, and it has several fast food shops inside. They also have fresh pizza. The staff working there is really nice and they will help you with whatever your needs are.

I loves all but this one Loves,I'll never go back after my visit. As a tactical police medic and fire fighter I stopped because I needed diesel and they showed a subway that took rewards points. Not the case, come off my rescue truck I was ready for a sub. Not only did they not recognize my duty status were not friendly. The girl asked for not just $12 for a small sandwich but $1.50 for a refill being on diamond status. After the last call I needed a shower which I was credited $17 because of fuel purchases but immediately upon entering I noticed no deadbolt then a male worker said something prior to gaining access. Later I mentioned no dead latch on the door and he said none have any. I believe there is something very wrong going on.

Very clean gas station very nice and friendly staff diesel also good price and restroom also very clean little small location but very clean and the staff very respectful and when you visit here staff very friendly and nice way talk to you first time here but i like this location and thank you for management and i love this location

It would be good if they enlarged the parking lot to fit more trucks, because this love is always full from very early in the day. Other than that it's a great place to stop and get something to eat.

Has to be the most unclean unsanitized loves I've ever been in and I travel throughout the whole United States and go to all the loves on my way was here since last night the bathrooms have not been cleaned you have the same dirty bathroom stall with human waste since yesterday I don't even see how they can even manage to gotten four points cards I give it a one star and that's because that's the lowest that I can give and there's like 10 employees all over the place not doing a thing I will make sure if I come back in this area that I will go across the street to the pilot before I come here

The sign out front was lit at 11pm showing there was Subway, Chester's Chicken, and Godfathers on sale . Upon entering.the store and reaching the Subway counter I waited 10min. then hit the button to.call for service. I could clearly hear 3 people talking in the back kitchen and after ringing the bell a second time , some younger male.employee wearing a Chester's shirt comes out and tells me.they are closed but their night staff should be coming.anytime. All I'm saying is turn off your lights for available food places when closed

The staff is friendly. But this is the fithiest Loves I have ever been to. Driving for 17 years been to many Loves. Almost afraid to walk thru the parking lot. Inside is cleaner if you can get there.

I've had 2 bad experiences at this loves in Sioux City iowa. My first was about 1 week and half ago I asked the casiers for an EFS Check and they said they didn't have any. I had to go to pilot to get help. The second bad experience is on 1/19/24 the showers were unclean with pubic hair where you put your shampoo and soap.

A lot of these young people you hire at night early morning don't say anything to you hello thank you can I help you don't read the totals off the screens I could care less if they're there you need to do some training on customer satisfaction otherwise not too bad

This review is based on just the showers. If you want a luke warm shower that has about the same amount of pressure as a dog peeing on you then you will love it here. I like Loves in a whole. However I would bypass this one and find the next one for a nice shower!!!

Words can't express how much I love the 6' windshield washer wand! Even just for my minivan, it's so much faster and easier and I don't get all dirty from leaning on the van to reach the center of the window.

You people there at loves gets a10 eh ya. Broke down I was Friday. I had a truck driver ask if I needed help was not in the best place to be eh. Awesome guy to get me out of where I was to a safer spot you know ya. The people who work at love gave me great help. They said no problem for parking I took up 3 spaces ya. I was thankful to have such good people that helped me. Everyone involved you are 10sThank you much eh

I would HIGHLY recommend going here!! The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. I will be back just because of how I was treated by staff! I went in for a shower tonight with my 9 year old daughter due to my home being under renovation. I was very confused on what to do or how this worked. The gentleman helping me was awesome!! I figured he would have laughed or glared or something but NOPE! He smiled and was 100% genuine. He even took us back and showed us exactly where to go, asked if we needed extra towels and had us put the pin in to make sure we knew how to get in! Turns out it’s very easy! You just go to the counter and ask for a shower. They’ll give you a paper with the shower number and pin you need to open the door. Walk down the hall way that says “showers” on it and find your room. They’re numbered. We had shower #4. I was surprised the showers were actually pretty nice!!-sincerely, your very happy customer.

I’m so mad I come in here after being on the road for a week wanted to take a shower and do my laundry I give my fiancé $1.75 and nickels dimes and pennies why the cashier had The audacity to sit there and tell me that my fiancé must not have given him all of the money because the only thing he could change for quarters is $1.50 I only get $.10 back more less I just got stole from more or less, you need to be educated better apparently two dimes, and a nickel consist of $.25 4 nickels and five pennies consist of $.25 I am not Pleased the date is November 10, 2023 time is 1:06 AM and the guy named Maliki or how ever you spell his name is a thief and stole my money I use for laundry money not to mention the amount of favoritism we couldn’t get food because everything was closed yet somebody else comes in and mentioned that he was hoping for a sub and he gets taken into a closed part of the truck stop to get what he wants after 4 others were told that the subway and food area was closed a fifth person is better than the first four and more important cool

Some drivers have no consideration for others, this driver thought he was entitled to park right in front of scale entrance so other drivers would be forced to avoid him to get on to scales & believe it or not driver was not a millennial, he was an older guy.Hopefully some notices the truck number #22005 & reports him to his companys safety office, Date was Tuesday night 7/5/22

No washer fluid in fuel isle and what was there was filthy. Trash bins overflowing. 2 guys standing around at fuel desk not a bit concerned? About truckers needs. Did not fuel here will go across to Pilot.

It's remodeled but not clean. Bad management equals bad employees. They take advantage of the fact that due to its location and lack of truck parking in this wretched state that they don't worry about how there bread is buttered and doom on the truckers. To bad because it has potential here . Get it right manager!!!
