So my first review was a while back when I was frustrated by them always being dishonest about when a script would be ready for pickup. I gave them more than one star at the time.I had a script that I put in for a refill last week where they had to contact my doctor for approval. I made sure to do it early enough on the week that they could get it done. Two days later I called to see what was going on and they told me they contacted the office but hadn't received a response yet. That meant I needed to wait all weekend, and by the end of it I was out of my medication. Then Monday I called the doctors office and they had NO record of being contacted by the pharmacy.I've also had issues when picking up a script for someone else where Mardell, the pharmacist, started asking ME questions and making demands about the script which were matters between the person the script was for, and their doctor (and may have been an invasion of privacy.)My wife and I will be changing the pharmacy we use, likely to cvs. I may request that the other members of my family do the same so that I simply have no reason to go there anymore.They are supposed to be in the business of helping people receive treatment for their medical and mental health issues. They seem more interested in making that process as difficult as possible.I'm simply done. There has been too much dishonesty on too many levels.

They are not discreet or even attempting to be confidential with the clients information or what prescriptions they are receiving. They are announcing very loudly each person medication and everyone can hear. It is not just the people near the pharmacy but it's loud enough that I could hear them while standing at the customer service desk. I would not fill a prescription here especially if I wanted privacy. I was shocked at the way they freely and loudly announced each persons medication without even trying to be discreet. There was no offer of going into a private area, clients were explaining issues. i could tell a few were uncomfortable with random strangers being able to hear.the discussion. I work in the medical field and privacy should be a priority.always. Please try and do better

There needs to be a "no star" rating...they don't even deserve one star! Called in a refill a week before I needed it. Go to pick it up to find out they didn't have the meds. You would think they would have called to tell me but nope! Doesn't appear that they even tried to order the meds from another store. Now I have to reschedule my doctor's appointment since I don't have the meds. All they could say is sorry. Didn't even try to help...they don't know the meaning of customer service! Definitely moving to Drilling Pharmacy!

I have had problems the last 8 times I've been here.The long term employees generally know what they're doing and are very kind but the turn over rate is so high that it's rare to see one.I've spoken to the manager three times and expected things to be fixed with my profile but it takes me going in to actually get anything done.They apologize but it's like they're desensitized which is not a good sign for the job they're in. They are dealing with people's lives and well being.I am no longer having my doctor's send anything here.Mostly, I had been told that I could get an order filled in a certain amount of time and had to wait longer than usual because the message wasn't relayed. I had even gotten texts saying that a prescription was waiting to be picked up when it wasn't.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would! Whoever manages or runs this pharmacy needs to find a different job! My prescriptions were NEVER ready, even on the automatic refill every months thing. And one of them gives me horrible withdrawal symptoms if missed more than 24 hours, I've sometimes had to wait a week after I'd get notifications saying it was ready, only to arrive and then saying it's not there, and would take up to 4 days!! I finally got smart and switched to Walgreens. Atleast they are super fast and have never told me "it's out of stock" or some other bullcrap. My husband on the other hand, who never goes to the doctor became very I'll with influenza and pluresy. Urgent care called in a prescription for his lungs, of course the pharmacy would have been closed by the time it could be filled, totally understandable. I went the next afternoon, knowing by my previous experiences that they would not have it ready by morning. And low and behold, I get told it won't be ready until the next day by late afternoon. But than the girl asked "do you really need right now?" Umm..seriously? What kind of question is that about a medication!? Yes! He needs it right now! He needed it yesterday when it was prescribed! She goes to the back, only to come back and tell me it won't be here until tomorrow! Seriously folks, trust all these horrible reviews when considering this pharmacy!

Postop RXs called in at 8am and still waiting at nearly 6pm! They don't seem to understand that meds after a surgery need to be started same day.

I had an acute injury. The ER gave me one day of pain pills until I could follow up with my regular doctor. When my regular doctor ordered a longer term prescription for pain pills hyvee said it was too soon to refill, Even though it had been longer than 24 hours since I 1st picked up the medicine. They made me wait until another day later at which point they told Me that they didn't have the pills

I went to urgent care yesterday and was prescribed an antibiotic. I called to see if your staff received the prescription. The person who answered said that they had already had one there for me. After speaking to her, I discovered it was one of two they were supposed to give to my husband husband the previous day. I had to ask a second time if they had received the fax about my antibiotic. She looked and said it had just gotten there. I asked when it could be picked up. She said 15 minutes. My husband could not get there for a while. By the time he had gotten there an hour later, your staff gave him everything but the antibiotic. Your pharmacy was closed for 2 minutes, and no one was answering the phone, by the time I had discovered the antibiotic wasn't there. I had to wait until this morning to get the antibiotic. When my husband gets home he tells me your staff said they denied my oxybutynin. I let my husband know that it was one of the ones he had picked up the previous day. Someone must have tried to put the same prescription through again. It's a scary thing knowing that your staff is so careless that they are making these mistakes.

I called in two days ago to get my prescription and they didn't havs it in stock, understandable, so they had to order it. They told me it would be ready by noon the next day, but I was busy so I couldn't pick it up. Today, I went in to pick it up around 11am and they said it had not been ordered. If I wanted it, I would have to wait u til Monday to receive it. Keep in mind that i have to take these pills 2 times a day and missed two days because of this. Now I have to figure out a solution for myself.

My insurance wouldn't cover my prescription, but Michelle took the time to get in contact with my Doctors' office and my insurance to seek other options long story short Michelle found what my insurance will covered also that my Doctor would approved. I appreciated her taking the time to do that for me.

They always have any prescriptions we need ready, and get our refills ready while we shop (even if we didn't call them in). They answer lots of questions too if the kiddos are sick and we need something OTC. Thanks team!

I’d give these people zero stars if I could. They would play with my medications and would short me on the pills every time. They once tried to charge me money for a free medication.. just awful just awful.

They vaccinated a minor without consent from either parent. On top of that they never checked his ID or insurance card.
