The staff didn't know where to find anything. They couldn't help me with my rewards points. They couldn't mail out stuff I sold on Mercari, even though it says they do online , they Do NOT accept QR codes from prepaid postage. Also I bought yogurt from here and got home: One was cracked open underneath so I didn't notice and it had leaked softening the cardboard so when I lifted it out of the bag they all fell to the ground and all but 2 split open making a huge mess and waste of money I mean how do I return that ? It wasn't my fault it was leaking and soaking the cardboard underneath but I waited until I got home and out everything away that's when i pulled it out and boom. The prices are very high compared to Walmart and fareway. That compared with the poor customer service and a lack of support options for when something happens like what happened to me or say I get home and look and two of the eggs are cracked?- that is why I gave it the star rating you see.

I shop and use the pharmacy at Hy Vee. Always get treated with kindness and respect. They always have electric carts on hand and very helpful with getting my groceries to my car!

This place is amazing between larenzo and magdala I was able to get a last minute gender reveal done. These people go above and beyond for their customers. I couldn't have asked for better service or a more heart warming attitude. I will definitely be bring any future business back to this amazing location.

I used Hy-Vee online, was to pick up my order - I had an issue at work and couldn't get there at my schedule time. I phoned talked to the individual and explained my situation, she was kind considerate and they made it work for me to pick up my groceries at a different time. This was the Hamilton Hy-Vee - I have been treated with nothing but stellar customer service.

HyVee on Hamilton is the worse HyVee out there. As a valued employee, or, that helpful smile in every isle is a joke to most of the managers. It starts at the top. I was scheduled four days this week. I worked 3 hours all week. I was expecting 29 hours. I am on disability and I need the extra income to survive. Shame on you HyVee Hamilton, shame on you. The lies that were told to me go on and on.

Watch prices,they basically had a massive, massive price increase, then highlight huge savings as expiration dates get close. Hy-vee is nice but watch. It's all about profit, that's it.

Hy-Vee so quick and easy to shop at, all the employees are so nice. Every extra points love being able to scan and Tagg for my receipts!!

They keep moving product to a new location…..for no apparent reason and it becomes quite cumbersome to have to re-find 50% of what you are looking for. Technically, it has been proven that the longer you are in an establishment the more likely you are to buy. I think this is their motive……Trying to get you to stay in the store longer. I’m sick of it! I seldom walk out of this store without thinking to myself, “I hate this store”. Convenient location I gave it a one star. If it was not convenient, it would get a zero.

I placed an online order because I am 9 months pregnant and it’s not easy for me to do my own shopping at this point. I ordered 6 items. Everything was out of stock according to the shopper. However going inside everything was in stock. Just a lazy shopper it seems. That’s okay, I’ll go to fairway instead.

HyVee is overpriced and overrated. It always has been but you used to get more for it. Like friendly staff and a grocery bagger for the extra cost. Now most of the staff isn't friendly and I always end up having to self-check and bag my own groceries. Also there produce is always about 1 day away from being rotten. Last Saturday we bought 2 assorted fruit trays for a party that night and 3 of the 5 fruits where old and bitter. HyVee has lost sight of there old ways that made them a better shopping experience.

My wife and I love Hy-Vee. We've always had a great experience shopping here. The employees are very nice 👍. We recommend the deli. The food is delicious! (Yummy Spring Salad) 🤤

I can't say enough good about the Hamilton Hy-vee location. The selection is excellent and the storeisspaciousandclean. The fresh meat department has a good offering, and they will cut steaks or chops to order. Dave in meat goes out of his way to learn his customers' names and always has a smile and a wave when he sees you. The front-end customer service is well staffed, and it's easy to get help when you need it. The Chinese takeout is pretty good, but later in the evening, around 6 or 7, the food isn't as fresh or flavorful. It seems like they stop cooking fresh selections a while before closing and just sell what's already made. I recommend eating the takeout before then for this reason. The pharmacy and wine and spirits selection round out a good one-stop shopping experience.
