Small shop, but fun fish. We visited while in town, and the guppies were beautiful! Loved seeing the fish that were bred locally. Wish we lived closer as I don't think the fish would have survived half a day's drive in the cold. The hardscape room had a lot of idea-inspiring pieces.

Drove to this shop from Sioux Falls as I saw they had aquarium co-op products. What an amazing store. One of the cleanest, most well organized, and coolest overall look and vibe I’ve had in a fish store in a very long time. It is not a big store but it makes up for that in the quality and kind of fish, the plants, the more hard to find products, and the friendly staff. Got all the products that I needed and some Endlers I had been after for months. Will definitely be back!

Grofin is a fantastic place to get fish ,plants and any aquatic needs. The fish are super beautiful and high quality, The owners are super friendly and are so awesome with young kids. I will be continue to go back and would recommend to anyone.

Stopped into the store for the first time while driving through Sioux City and we are glad we did! Extremely clean store - probably the cleanest fish store we've ever been to. Excellent selection of plants and fish, including a number of oddball fish that we had never seen in a store before. The owner was very friendly and helpful in giving advice when we asked about plant and lighting recommendations! Will definitely be stopping back to the store any time we come through Sioux City!

The girlfriend stopped in and brought some plants home for the start of an axolotl tank. Very well kept plants and she said the guy helped her pick them out for what we needed with low light

I've purchased multiple plants here and they've all been of great quality. Most plants that you can typically only find online you can actually find here. In their store there is also a lot of fish variety for hobbyist (It looks amazing inside the shop). Overall I recommend this store for anyone interested in fish keeping!

This LFS is wonderful! They had a good selection of fish between nanos up to larger cichlid species. The guppy selection was also great! The plant selection though was incredible! I was passing thru on a road trip and it was hard to not buy some plants! They had several display tanks that were beautiful as well. Especially one with some North America native darters/sunfish! I chatted with the owners quite a bit and their passion/knowledge of the hobby was clear! I'll be back again if I'm in the area.Shop here and support local businesses!

I came here after setting up my new tank and Doug taught me so much just talking to him for 20 mins. Few weeks later he tested my water for me and gave me what I needed to keep my fish happy and healthy. He is a great guy and definitely knows what he is doing definitely recommend this place!

Wife and I love this place. We both love fish and plants and this place has both. Has species of fish and plants I could not find locally or in omaha and in fantastic shape and health. Very knowledgable if you have any questions! Sioux city needed a store like this for the hobby along with store owners that are passionate about it. Oh and they sell aquarium co-op products!

Finally a quality mom and pop fish store. Great plants, excellent selection of hard to find species, along with some of our old favorites. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, not your average chain store. Well worth the visit.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff with aquarium co-op products and plenty of plants and fish to choose from. They also have a good aquascape selection as well. There guppy selection is my favorite.
