It’s a typical goodwill store. Everything is semi organized by size. Housewares grouped together. I’m a book person, and the books were on the shelves, but not organized any special way.Overall a good place to pick up items and looks for clothes.

This is a very clean and pretty well organized store. I must say I was impressed when I walked in. The isles weren't overstuffed making them hard to maneuver with a cart, yet there were so many things to browse and items you "just might need someday" (in the next 10 years or so 😁). I only gave 4 stars because I think some of their stuff is a bit overpriced. (That's just my opinion) but yet other things might surprise you with a nice bargain price. In any case, I'd recommend this store to anyone.

Very easy to drop off anything to donate with the drive thru. I always appreciate a staff member greeting me whenever I drop stuff off and helping me place the items in the right vat. I was also surprised how clean the inside of the store is and no smell. Nothing like what I usually experience at a typical Goodwill.

Since I was there last there is a new rule. That I did not know until I got to the register. That if there's not a price on the item they put it back into a box. There is no signs around the store letting people know this. There's a small sign letting you know this at the register. While I was there they put three items away. I've been going to this store for years. I was very disappointed. I enjoy shopping at this store. It not only helps individuals. This is why I shop there to support Goodwill. But they need to figure out what is more important the customers that support them or just putting stuff back in their boxes.

Brought an item up to purchase and the woman working refused to sell it to us because there wasn't a sticker... how can you place an item out for sale and then when someone comes up to purchase it refuse the sale?Then the woman working basically insinuated that we had probably taken the price tag off to "get it for a cheaper price"Like, are you kidding me??They also had Wal-Mart plastic dishes you can buy for .75 cents marked up to a $1.50 and they were dirty and stained.Goodwill at this location is not worth going to.

I love the way I can go to shop at goodwill and get my money worth of the clothes I want to buy. I love clothes so much as well as shoes and they are not cheap to buy except for when you get them at goodwill

Not a bad place, find a few deals every now and then. But most of the time there's really friendly people in there to chat with and usually the person running the register is always quite friendly. I definitely recommend a visit. And I tried always give one recommendation on how to improve, when you have people donate clothes to you and you get some hiring clothes or clothes that might have been higher in say 20 years ago don't mark them up to like 10 to $20 and put them on a special rack make some out with the regular clothes and that'll give people an incentive to go digging through everything to look at all your other stuff and hopes that they might find some of these clothes out there at a good deal.

Goodwill prices are nearly double as much as most other second-hand or thrift stores around town. Their clothing isn't sorted very well (not by size, gender or style) Also, their clothing sizes aren't labeled on the price tags. They've long gone away from having big baskets on the end caps of aisles, which heald some decent options for $1 or less. Occasionally, they will run a sale or some other kind of promotion, but they're not advertised very well.

Great place nice people prices are a lot more than what they used to be I understand you got to run a business but at the same time it's a used goods store I shouldn't be paying $20 less than the same price for a new bike from Walmart. This store was once good a year or two ago and now I guess under new management their prices have inflated a lot.

Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Manager for receiving merchandise thinks items are supposed to be dust free and like new. Several times I have taken items, like beds, sofas, chairs and end tables and she has denied taking them. All were in decent shape and at most would have needed dusted. Goodwill is losing good merchandise and customers because of her and should look at fixing the problem.

Prices are way to high but I guess they have to be considering what the pay their management. One manager makes over $180,000 a year and that's not even the top dog. So much for non-profit!!

Low end brands, smelled like a stereotypical dirty thrift store. Bulk pricing for clothes which is nice but it's at the absolute highest I'd pay for any of it ($4 tops $4.5 jeans/pants..). I had wanted to visit the outlet since I love the ones in Minneapolis and Denver but it's only open three days a week and so my mistake had driven down from Sioux Falls on a day they were closed. I might go back on a day the outlet is open but if it's anything like the main store it would be A HUGE disappointment and waste of time/money. My only hope lies in the fact that stuff for the outlet is also stuff shipped in from other stores that didn't sell because everything in there main store was dirty junk.

Generally not a great selection, which isn't their fault. Bathrooms are locked and require a key, which is held by a manager - who went missing when called for. Pretty dirty bathrooms and not well organized.

Very large selection in every category, from household to clothes. Lots of second hand items that are old in style, but also some very stylish name brands that are in good condition. Plenty of functional household items too! I spent $35 on ~$120 worth of clothes recently.

I love digging through stuff and taking hours to scour through everything to find that one piece that made it worth it. Sad to say I feel like this particular branch of Goodwill is a do it once and you know what's there type place. I usually see the same stuff I see in there everytime. Now that goes without saying that it's not the organizations fault more than lack of donations maybe? The staff are always friendly and helpful and the place is usually very tidy and cleaned up. I personally visit the other locations in the tri-state area due to them having a diverse and contantly rotating selection of items.

It's cool how this is one of the only Goodwill stores to have a second room, but there's no bathroom. Also, the place definitely needs some cleanup.

It’s ok but unfortunately almost all of the good stuff seems to only be online. I find way better stuff at the LeMars Goodwill.
