I come here a lot for work. but today was an awful experience, I placed an online order at 9am for 11am pickup- 7 sandwiches and 1 salad. I show up right before 11am, told the lady behind the counter that I was here to pick up a online order, knowing I was going to have to wait since I was early. She was very rude and said that I was gonna have to wait a bit because she had a bunch of cater orders. So I sat down and waited, 2 other people came in and ordered and got their food and left. it is now 1130 and I went up to ask how much longer it would be for my order, she again said that I was gonna have to wait she was almost done with the cater boxes. when I finally got my order about 12pm. got back to my office and 1 sandwich was missing, had to go to get it. When I went in another lady spoke to me and I told her what happened and she got me the sandwich right away. Not sure if it is new management or what. But they need to do a better job at customer service. None of the regular people I would see there were there. Thank god for the men that looked like they were there for a meeting jumping in to help them( not sure if it was a GM)

We went at 330pm on a Saturday ordered two meatball pepperoni sandwiches and one kids sandwich. The food took around 20 minutes or more there was no one else eating there or waiting at the time. We got our sandwiches took a bite they were ice cold. The vin meatballs and sauce was not heated at all. Told them. 20 minutes later they had remade the sandwiches same exact deal ice cold. Asked if they had a microwave they said no they would run through the toaster again. We got the sandwiches back they were still ice cold barely cooked on the top. There equipment was clearly not working properly. Finally after being there for over an hour I just asked for Togo boxes. $31.00 for ice cold meatball sandwiches. No one offered to refund us just said oh sorry everyone is new here but me. All they had to do was say hey sorry our toaster or warmer is broken let me refund you. Submitted an online response but they did not bother to reply.

Terrible customer service, lady working this nights shift was extremely rude. She was slamming stuff and being VERY passive aggressive. I wanted to just get my food and leave it was so uncomfortable. She was helping a newer worker and couldn’t believe he didn’t know how to do the register. She was complaining about me right in front of me. Can’t believe customer service here, won’t be back. Hope this worker doesn’t treat other customers like this.

Very disappointing…. I used to love this place and it’s absolutely going down hill. I ordered to go and almost paid $30 for 2 sandwiches so they should be done right and these were not…. Meat only on half of my bread and I ordered to go and when I got home I couldn’t even pick them up they were so soggy. I even specifically asked them to drain the meat off longer so that wouldn’t happen and they didn’t

Took 25 minutes to get my order to go and was only three people in the place, ordered a sub on wheat, got a pulled pork with slaw, should never have eaten it after first bite, the food poisoning must have been complimentaryAfter watching them handle and make the food with no gloves and one guy dripping forehead sweat into the food below him I should have just left

We ate there today 7 28 2023. The food was great. Was a little expensive,we didn't mind cause it was good. With only 1 exception, I would of loved to give 5 stars. As we are sitting there eatting 2 ladies come in with a dog. Was no support animal. I love animals but they don't belong where food is being served. If they were there b4 us we would of turned around and left.

Extremely slow, never experienced this bad of service before from a firehouse. Started off with the cashier just cashing us out as I'm getting to my app to get my points. Didn't get the points. Then after 25 minutes of waiting and others that where in front of us not getting their food, I went up and got our money back and went elsewhere.

What can I say about firehouse have never had a bad sub or experience there awesome subs great staff they always welcome you with a welcome to firehouse no matter who you are good BBQ and hot sauce for you to try out been there many times and will keep going back and some of the money goes to the fire department doesn't not get any better than that you eat good subs and you contribute to the fire and police department

Ordered steak and cheese. They forgot the green peppers onions and the rest of the toppings. Literally just got steak with some cheese on bread.

I have given this place multiple chances to like it. After the first few subs I learned to not order their normal subs due to the overwhelming amount of wet lettuce that is placed inside the toasted subs. The most recent time I ordered the steak and cheese toasted sub. Get home and its 80% mayonnaise with little bits of onion and some shreds of beef. One bite and I threw the rest out. Never going back.Parking: Takes awhile to leave since the parking lot is only a lane and a half wide .

Why is it so difficult for these people to add my points to my account?Second time yesterday the young girl working said it goes by email just add them on line.Parking: Plenty of handicap in front but shouldn't have to park on the end of the lot , especially with people with big trucks that don't know how to park.

Watched the woman, while making my sandwiches toss food in her mouth continued making the sandwich. I don't care if they eat at work but not while making someone else's food. If it bounced off her face and landed on my sandwich would she remake it or just give me her face food.

I just ordered the turkey bacon ranch with no bacon and extra onions and it was PHENOMENAL!! So hot, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. I order from here all the time and always have good experiences. I usually order rapid pickup on their app so I don't have to wait in line, 9 times out of 10 it is ready when I walk in. The only times it isn't quite ready when I come in is if they are slammed around noon. If I ever have questions the staff are very helpful and kind. Highly recommend giving them a try😊 also their app is easy to use and you earn points for free sandwiches and items.

Just had the worse experience as a bystander. Sandwich making was rather slow, like 20 minute or more for a sandwich! 2 woman in there and was waiting a long time for there order, a sandwich went out to a customer that had came 5 minutes behind them, he got his sandwich before them and one of the woman only asked, How did his go out first but we have been here longer, the manager went irate emediatly and was yelling at them to leave and never come back because he owns the store, he was irate and some what agressive, cussing at them and yelling that they need to leave, all they did was asked a question..Long wait was all they asked..as a witness I'm concerned how the manager was so irate and yelling at these women In front of other customers..not a friendly environment at all! There was another employee yelling back so bad at these two he made her go take a break..wow! Don't ask questions at firehouse subs.Tell all your friends to beware of the manager..

This is an update. Deleted my review from 2 years ago. Food as always, phenomenal! The staff... absolutely awful!! 10/18/21. Evening shift. The two girls with terrible red hair talked so loud and so terrible about old staff, customers, and employees not currently working. Very disrespectful to a full house of customers. Usually sandwiches are perfect, but $38 worth of subs where completely wrong. I know times suck for good employees, but this kinda staff will sink a good restaurant.
