I live on 6th Ave in Sioux City and have noticed that both FEDEX AND UPS seem to think that there is no speed limit on my street. Please have your drivers try to stay closer to the city speed limit of 25MPH. NOT ABOUT 40 TO 50MPH!!!

Horrible! Everything that comes by FedEx is never delivered on time, sets for several days without moving, tracking doesn't update then a day later it says pending delivery, another day goes by ... Nothing, two days later nothing, no information available at this time, can't speak to a human, I guess I'll just wait and see if it shows up tomorrow, not holding my breath

Heads up! Google Maps has it listed on the left side of the road, it is actually on the right side (west). Overall experience was fine. Sent my boss's wife directly to this location to drop a time sensitive package off, when she arrived there was an "Out to Lunch" sign on the door. Probably would've been a better idea to schedule a pick up.

I live in an apartment building that clearly states that you need to dial up the apartment you are delivering for. I had been waiting for a while for the call and I checked on the status of the delivery and it said that it wasn't delivered due to no one being home. They never dialed my apartment number, they just left the door tag on the door. This has happened for many people in my building. To make matters worse I called them asking about it and they said it was dropped off at a location and I could go and pick it up. I went to said location and it was not there. Please do not say it was dropped of at a location when it wasn't and please for the love of all that is good and holy use the dial PAD when there are signs saying to do so.

They constantly leave packages on my steps instead of inside my front porch like USPS and UPS do. I had a 400 dollar package just sitting out in the open.

This experience was a nightmare. Yesterday I found a tag on my door saying that FedEx was unable to deliver my package. This was at my business outside of business hours. All attempts to contact FedEx to make arrangements to get my package were rejected by their automated phone service. I was forced to drive 9 miles each way, not once, but twice, to finally get my package. I will be asking my suppliers to use a different service going forward. The only reason I'm giving 1 star, is because that's the only way I can leave a review.
