Everyone is very lovely and helpful when I can't find an item that I'm looking for. Also a great place as a starter job for teens. The ones I have encountered working there, seem to enjoy their job and always have smiles at this location.

Nice, simple, small, kind people. They have the basic needs for your house, food and hygiene products. I like that they help you to your car with your groceries. Atmosphere is enjoyable. Would shop here again.

The store was very expensive. I got the same coffee and pickles way cheaper at Walmart. I went for the pork butt on sale for $1.69 a lb which was very reasonable so I suppose that made up for everything else being higher

The Great place to get groceries . We go there first , the meat department is the very best . They carry out your groceries for you . It is the grocery store in Sioux City. Fareway is selling some seafood . Fareway is the best grocery store .

Best Meat Department in town. The seafood and fish are never frozen and always fresh when available. Plus, the guys behind the meat counter are gentlemen and the best in the business.

I appreciate that Fareway is a smaller grocery store, so it's quicker & easier to get what you need & then get out. They are also great in that they will match sale ads from Hy-Vee (even 1-day sales) Just show the paper or digital ad at the checkout.

While this store is smaller than their local competitor, they do so many things better! They still value real customer service & interaction with human beings & not machines. They don't have self check outs that make customers the employee, & their employees assist customers by taking their groceries to their cars & loading them inside. These things, as well as their convenient locations make Fareway the place to go!

I like fareway over Walmart half the time because it's way less busy, crowded, easier parking, quicker shopping, same or better quality products, the place is always clean, the employees are so nice and helpful and don't look at everyone like they are trying to get over on the store. They work for the people and the restroom which I've only used twice both times was immaculate. The only downside and reason for me not giving five stars is the prices of the products. Quite a few things I buy regularly at Hy-Vee or Walmart are more expensive here. But I'd almost say it's worth it for the warmth and quality of service. This is just my opinion, I urge you to make your own, live long and prosper.

The best grocery store around in my opinion. Plenty of selection at fairly decent prices. The employees are the friendliest of any grocery store in town. The meat counter has a very large selection of product too.

I like this Fareway Store. It is the closest grocery store to my house and right off the interstate. It has a home town feel. It is a little on the small side, but it is nice when you can just run in quickly and get what you need. The prices are fair. There is a meat counter where they package up your selection how you want it. Sometimes there is not a lot of selection of some items. That's OK... The store employees make up for that in their friendliness.

I love Fareway...but this evening I had my first ever unpleasant experience with a manager over an item they have for sale, in the ad, but not in the store. I wanted to replace the family size with 2 of the smaller pkgs (weight is the same), price matched up perfectly, but he gave me a hard time over it. This is not the first time they were out of these but when they were out of them before, the other manager was very kind and pleasant about matching up since they were out of them for well over a week. I have nothing bad to say about Fareway though. Great prices. Very friendly & courteous employees, store is always clean and my favorite part is the small family like appeal. Hate the bigger box stores. Ill go if I ABSOLUTELY have to, but only then. I also like that Fareway is off on Sundays. May not be the true Sabbath but its more than 99.8% of other stores do. ;)If you've never been to a Fareway, stop by...they never disappoint! 🍞🥑🍉🍅🍍🥓🍕🍿🌮🧀🥗🍣🍢

Fareway grocery store is a wonderful store. It's like 10 minutes from my apartment. So if I'm really tired and need to go to the store I go there. The prices are reasonable and they the employees are very helpful, nice.
