I went to Earl May Garden Center knowing the plants that I wanted. I asked the gentleman working and took me right to them. There was a variety of sizes of rosemary plants. I kicked the tree that I wanted and then I also mint plant. Then I was going to need since I was going to be using them indoors I was going to be needing pots and soil. I asked the people there what kind of soil I would be needing these where My Rosemary they took me right to it. They were extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I was very happy.

Great customer service. The two women who were working were very friendly and helpful. They have a large selection here as well as a lot of cute and fun stuff to add to your garden or lawn. The plants are well taken care of and healthy. Everything is reasonably priced too. Good place to check out when doing anything plant or lawn care related.

They have a nice selection of live plants, even this late in the season. I was glad someone was around to help me choose, since the area I need flowers for is often very shady.I appreciate the help!

My experience today with this store has been amazing, due to Kennedy!!! She is very personable, professional, and has outstanding customer service skills. She has restore my trust in doing more business with them in the future!!! She really needs to be managing the store! If she was, there wouldn’t be all these negative reviews!! I’m giving her 5 stars but she deserves 10!!!!

High priced,I bought their premium top soil it was double the price compared to where i normally go and when I went to spread it there were 3 to 4“ rocks in the top soil, never again..

The plant prices are just too high for me which is a shame as I'd like to be able to buy plants from here. Various nurseries in Sioux Falls and Omaha are about half the cost per plant. This store does have nice plants and a decent selection, but I can even buy almost all the plants they sell cheaper online including shipping costs which is usually never the case with an in-person nursery.

One employee in particular is very rude. I believe she is a manager as well. I wanted to order a shrub that they did not have in stock. Was told to look on the Monrovia website, which I was already using to show her the plant I wanted her to order. Then she said her buyers were done buying for the year (it was June).I left quite irritated. I have been in there since then, she is always short and rather unfriendly. I like to support local small business, however, I am done going into the Earl May on Gordon Drive.

Beautiful flowers and plants. I just wish they didn't cost so much. I understand as a business owner myself what things cost but when a tree costs over $300 I just can not justify it. Im just saying if prices were more reasonable I would totally buy from here.

Very disappointed in the way that my family was treated at their annual pumpkin fest. In a small town you would think that they wouldn’t want to lose business. But I can see from the reviews that this isn’t the first time. Please don’t waste your time.

The staff here are friendly and willing to help. They are not pushy about helping you while you look around to shop. There is a decent size variety of plants and trees to choose from.
