Today my cat was there for 5 and a half hours. I called asking for an update and the lady that answered the phone said "I messaged u an hour and a half ago that he was done".... excuse me. No u didn't because the last message I got was from earlier this morning. Maybe they should learn how to call or make sure they have the number right. Will not go there again 😠

She was a very nice lady, and was super nice to work with and handled our labradoodle very kindly! 5/5 for that.We just asked her not to make him look like a poodle and both of our thoughts when we got him back we’re exactly “he looks like a poodle”. There were multiple clumps of long hairs in random places all over his body and when she cut his nails there were multiple nails that had rough edges and weren’t a clean cut. 2/5 for that.
