Easy to find , as soon as you turn right , take another right and check in is by loading dock 1. All outbound load are usually in doors 3 and 4. In and out in 2 hours. Loads are all dog food and usually 44,000. They have a scale on site as you exit so you can weigh before you leave.

Very limited overnight parking. Gave me a door as soon as one became available. The guy working the loading dock was very nice and professional. Easy backing. Didn't take long for them to unload my trailer. Wouldn't mind coming back again.

If you have another load after this place, just cancel it. Checked in 0930to unload, it is now almost 1600, still here. Only 3 trucks here including me. One is in a door and one waiting. FCFS. SLOW, friendly workers though.

I showed up right at noon and was put in a door immediately. Was loaded within 30 minutes. And it was pizza party day. I totally would have understood waiting until after lunch. Everyone was very nice and professional. I will definitely haul out of here again. It was a pleasant change from a lot of shippers.

Dry van drivers when you get here, park next to the grass by the office and walk up to the door with the roof over it. They will assign you a door.They have a truck scale on site but there's a pilot and loves right down the road also. Plus the McDonald's and Wendy's have truck parking.

If I could give it less than one I would. I was there for almost five hours to unload and they took a lunch break in the middle of unloading me. It took them to hours to ever start unloading. When I went back in to find out what the hold up was, the guy in receiving almost seemed proud that it takes an extra long time they. I know many of you have no control over where you go so when you come here, just be prepared to waste A LOT of time. They do not care about your HOS here. All they care about is themselves and their lunch breaks.

Newer come back. I’m drop trailer yesterday at night, leave phone number to call me when empty. Nobody call me. I’m come back in morning to taken back trailer, trailer it was empty, Manager in the White House don’t know of anything about this product and trailer and he’s not give me any bill of lading back.He tell me get out.Meneger name Cary.Waiting for police.

Drivers don't come here to get loaded unless you got time to waste!! 12 docks at the most and they loading out of 1 dock for shipping!!

No one answers the phone and it almost seemed like no one works there. You have to ring a door bell and 5 min later someone shows up. Could be improved.

Here before my 10 am appointment. 4.5 hrs later I'm still being unloaded. I believe there under staffed. But they are kind people
