Stood at the sub sandwich counter waiting to get help. The woman in the kitchen walked by me 4 times and never did acknowledge me. I walked out without my food that I ordered. Standing there 15 minutes and said excuse me three times to the employee while she ignored me and continued filling the pizza sauce container was ridiculous. The clerk behind the counter however was super nice, very chatty and upbeat.I’f it wouldn’t have been for the cashier I would have given this store zero stars. And the Store was clean and stocked of most items

The morning cashier is always rude to me whenever I use my tap to pay. Tries to blame me for the register freezing when it doesn’t freeze at all. I always wait for the machine to tell me to pay then I do. With as expensive as gas is right now I won’t waste my money at a place that actively disrespects me.

Forgot my receipt at the pump so I called so see if I could get a re-print. Person I spoke to on the phone said of course. When I get there, the cashier was very rude, stated it was too long ago to look up (it was within the last hour) and stated she didn’t want to look through the log.

I give up on this location. Just tried for the 4th or 5th time to get a burrito or two for breakfast this morning just to get told AGAIN that they weren't making anymore. I worked in the food industry for over 20 years. If you work at a place that keeps food ready and you're constantly running out of a certain item, YOU MAKE MORE OF THAT ITEM. It seems like it should be common sense.

Just stopped in to S.H.Casey's, the 2 gentlemen working tonite were wonderful!! This world could use ALOT more ppl like Cory and his buddy(whose name I didn't get) WTG Casey's knocked it outta the park with these two!!!!

Would not authorize their pay inside pump only even if I stood inside while my husband pumped the gas. Cashier was not at all understanding of the fact that we wanted to fill our car and wasn't sure how much we would need. With being right off the highway you would think they would be more understanding!

Employee at the register was shockingly unfriendly. In addition, their air machine was not working correctly when I tried. But they have a lot of snack options and the coffee is okay.

Ordered a pizza at an 80 minute wait time on a Thursday. Got there and there were no pizzas in the oven or on the make table and they didn't even have ours started, meanwhile there were employees standing outside talking.

Showed up at 945 and was closed. Hours are clearly to close at midnight. Asked someone politely to use the restroom twice and they said they wouldn't let me. Glad using the bathroom for 15 seconds is such an inconvenience.

Store was dirty, the ladies at checkouts were both crabby. The one I used walked away and did not ask if I wanted the receipt. I wanted a bit but could see she was .not coming back.

Gas is gas….please spend more than 1.50 for your squeegee’s. Having the rubber hard makes it quite frustrating to get the water/soap off.

Very convenient store with great home made pizza and a great selection of snacks and drinks. Some of these stores also have an A&W restaurant inside which has great quick food and also a place inside to sit and eat which is very convenient while traveling.

Location does not stock their coolers, over 60% of shelving space is empty. Alot of popular products just sit in cases on the floor of the cooler.Just a result of lazy employees and poor management

Customer service clerk was rude and hates her job apparently. She was so unhelpful and could have cared less that the air station was not working and took air out of our tire.

Bathrooms were really clean and the man at the cash register was really professional and kind. Also nice that they are open 24 hrs!

Dirty, dirty, dirty!!! This place was out of stock on many items. And the employees were too concerned about seeing who was covering the next shift instead of helping the growing line of customers.

The new location is worse than where the old one was. Can't see it from the main road anymore and is less convienent.
