Yesterday was a positive experience. This 4 stars for yesterday. The young gentleman who helped me find my watch face protector was great! Service with a smile, knowledgeable and friendly, respectful. Today was not a positive experience. I’m not a fan of being stopped at the door to be asked “what can we do for you” only to be told we can’t do that! There’s a mixed message about what they will do on Zag products/purchases.Eventually I was helped. Given credit but not with a smile

Terrible service, I Purchased a nearly 2,000$ Refrigerator 3 MONTHS AGO for delivery. They have canceled the delivery 3 times now and I have to wait another week and a half for my fridge. Everytime I try to call and talk to someone they say they can't do anything about it. Almost feels as if I've been robbed. They continue to delay my delivery and have not updated me about it until day of or day before delivery.

I have been In twice in the last week. I 1st time employees we busy talking with each other and never evan offered to to help us.Today a young lady offered to help and I think was told to help us knew nothing about any of the products we asked about. She guessed at the answers.I knew a little and she told me wrong answers for what I had already read.I had a very bad experience at the best buy in sioux city .😐😂😂🤔😭😡😡

Customer service was terrible.No one asked if I needed help as I wondered aimlessly, trying to look for M.2 SSD's .When I finally interrupted 3 employees conversation to get help, they debated on who wanted to help me.He had no idea where anything was so looked it up, and according to him and his phone, there were none.So I went and looked again for a while myself and found some in a locked cabinet. I went to find an employee to help again, and no one was anywhere to be found except one that was too busy standing in a corner next to a ladder texting.Overall everyone I talked to seemed to busy to help or do their job then proceeded to wait for 20 mins to speak to a shift leader since the manager there was the one with an attitude when I said no one was available to help because they are all standing around talking.In the end, I just left since my business clearly wasn't wanted or needed.

Their customer service was able to help me with a 3 month old all-in-one. Asus, the manufacturer, who I contacted first wanted to charge me to ship the device to them for their 1 year warranty. Impressed BestBuy stepped in to help when the manufacturer won't stand by their own 1 year standard warranty. My last asus purchase ever, but not my last best buy one.

Very difficult to get assistance or questions answered. Every response was "I'm not sure". Please work on your customer service and education Best Buy.

I bought the $179. service package with a TV purchase - now when I call the store I get an AI "person" that gives me 5 minutes of irrelevant canned information and then tells me to press numbers to ask a question - their system is not able to detect the numbers I press so after investing a ton of time they tell me to have a good day and then hang up. $179. a year and now I am unable to contact the store by phone.

Posting as a dasher - I was literally just dropping off a large pizza order. Every employee I crossed paths with greeted me in some way. Maybe they were just excited for pizza. Maybe this is completely normal. Either way it was noticed 😁

I called the customer service to ask a very simple question originally. If i placed an order, would i be able to pick it up after the ready time (2 or 3 hours past the ready time). Just in case they have a policy where they put it back on the shelf after a certain time. Had to speak to 3 associates to get the answer. The first associate tried to facilitate the purchase and sent me an invoice of 300$ for an item that was 65$ online (I gave him the proper SKU, Open Box Clearance) and he somehow sent the invoice to a full priced item with a different SKU than i gave him. I gave up the first 2 times but the 3rd, an associate named Donald finally helped me clear it up and agreed that my issues had simple solutions/responses, he had no idea why they other associates had issues processing my problem. I understand other people have problems with people with language barriers, i don’t regard myself as one of those people, but the first two associates had difficulties because of it. I think the manager at this place should take a closer look at his customer support and listen to the phone calls to see if we’re actually being helped. I pride myself on being easy to work with, they made it next to impossible.

Pretty good selection, but I got hosed by their points program a few years back... Have bought a lot from Best Buy.... With current policies I am working to refocus my spending through other sources (Walmart, Staples, Amazon, Sams)...... Update - policies and some prices still seem pretty hinky. Had my senior citizen parents there recently to return a phone, the 'manager' was more interested in toting the company line than making things right for their customers.

Especially Aaliyah (hopefully I spelled her name right off memory), was extremely kind, swift, & was helpful. Great customer service for the place overall, I always look forward to coming here if I ever need anything.

The staff at Best Buy on Sergeant Rd. in Sioux City was very helpful. They didn't mind when I said their website noted an item I was looking for was in stock. While another employee looked up directions for me on his phone. Overall a good experience.

Excellent service today at our local Best Buy. My husband and I were looking at televisions and had great sales help from Avery. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. He took his time to make sure we had all questions answered and helped us make a purchase that met our specifications. We really appreciate such fine service help. A+

Best buy is always a great place to have electronics, I did my tv buy myself, nobody helped to me, attendants were worry about it's mobile phone than help others, must them looks like mad people, they should be grateful to have a work.

Every employee, from the greeting desk to the floor, we're smiling and eager to assist! The employee that assisted us, Cindy was her name, was very helpful and was a true joy. Everyone was smiling, the atmosphere was calm, store floor & Isle ways clean and orderly. Wish all retail adventures were with likewise type employee's.

Pretty sure this location is going out of business soon. Entire sections with nothing there. Went in for a screen protector for my Pixel 7 Pro, they didn't even have that. Reminded me of getting to a rummage sale near the end of the day. All the stuff left is overpriced or outdated.

I come here to buy unlocked phones when I need a replacement or decide I'm due for an upgrade. It's always an easy process with helpful employees. During my latest visit, Drew was able to get me set up with the phone that I wanted and even though cases were not in the store she was able to get one ordered and shipped directly to me

Not well I drove 40 minutes each way for an appointment to get a new screen cover put on that they ordered and when I got there they don't even Carrey it any more. So now have to order from Zagg .

I came into this Best Buy with an emergency phone issue. The management, staff, and Geek Squad employees were thorough and went way above the call of duty to help me out. I walked out with a new phone and other perks from the wonderful experience at this Best Buy store. I always go to Best Buy with high expectations, but somehow this staff exceeded them with ease.Highly recommend visiting the store and getting the help you deserve😊
