I don't quite understand why a company as large as Walmart seems unable to hire a plumber. The urinals in the men's room in the front of the store have been out of order for a month. Either they are in financial dire straights, or they do not care about a simple necessity to the basic customer experience.

This store is very clean and pretty large. Always great staff. Most items stocked well before the pandemic and since they have tried to keep up with demand as much as they can.Currently NO staff to check. All self checkout. Might just start shopping online and making staff get my items instead of me doing it for free and not getting a staff discount to check out my own items

Lots of bare spots on shelves. No sugar today. I bought dog food today it was $28. Two weeks ago it was $24. It's rather insane how the prices keep going up!11/4/2023Today they had everything that I had wanted on my list. The shelves were all pretty well stocked. Prices are still rising lots of things are double what they used to be last year.

This store is a complete nightmare. The management has zero clue about good customer service. They have zero clue about how to properly run this store. I’ve lost count of how many issues I’ve had there over the years. Here’s the thing about Walmart. They know that they are such a big company. They know that they carry things we need, that no one else carries. Walmart can have terrible customer satisfaction and it doesn’t matter. They’ve placed themselves in a place in the market where customers have to come back no matter what. So they can get away unscathed with their bad customer satisfaction and poor service. If you go to this store, don’t expect much.

I went to Walmart in Sioux Center, Iowa on June 10, 2023 at 5:15ish pm. Where we did our shopping. We did come for a lot of stuff. (Three shirt a pack of batteries and two new game) We waited in the electronics department for 20 minutes. Where after 10 minutes of waiting another customer called the customer service trying to get someone to help us. Before I walked up to customer service desk and told them we have been waiting for someone to help us out. This Hispanic girl told me they were super busy and to go wait. (As her and another girl where standing there talking) I told them I don't care who does it but one of them needed to help us which at that time an old lady told someone to go get keys and she would be glad to help us. Which she did.I feel the older lady should get a raise and the Hispanic girl should be fired. You work in customer service do your job service the customer.

This is the first time in a long time that I had prompt friendly help at the self checkout. It was busy but Ruth was very friendly and helpful to everyone and still maintained control over customer flow. I thanked her for her courteous assistance because I really did appreciate her. Helpful, friendly employees are often very hard to find.

Not. Enough cashiers like ever they want to have people do the self check out wich I don't always mind when you have only a couple items but when I'm trying to so grocery shopping I sure as he'll don't want to self check my items out that's why I'm paying and consuming items at this store they should also keep in mind the elder people it's not always easy for them to self check out. I just think a company that big should be able to have enough cashiers especially when it's close to the holidays.

I went shopping at the Sioux Center store Tuesday night. I checked out at approximately 9:00pm.I went to my vehicle and started unloading my bags. I had 2 orders in my cart and lots of bags.As I was unloading I felt as someone was staring at me and looked over my shoulder and saw a tall man with his face covered with only his eyes showing on his face. He had a hood on and stood staring at me, not saying a word. After a few minutes of this I started to feel uneasy and nervous, like I was in bad horror movie. I asked him if he needed something? He mumbled something about the cart. .I said I’d put it away when I’m done. He then moved closer about 6 feet away and continued to stare at me. I then said that I had quite a bit to unload and repeated that I would put the cart away. He then finally walked away.As a woman shopping alone, this experience was not okay! The store was not busy, the parking lot was pretty empty at that time, it was dark and cold. I felt very uncomfortable with what I assume was one of your employees, but how do I even know he was? Nothing identified him as a Walmart employee.Management needs to address this, review your security cameras. I was in a silver Chevy Tahoe. It’ll be a long time before I ever shop alone at this Walmart at night.

It's a Walmart, even five stars wouldn't mean much.Unless a Walmart is filthy or dangerous it won't get any less then 3 stars.5 Walmart stars are definitely not equal to 5 normal stars.I can't give it a lower rating just because it's a Walmart but considering that it is a Walmart there is definitely a lower bar when it comes to it being an acceptable shopping establishment.

I have to say that this Walmart has the worst customer service ever. Especially the girls at customer service. Being in line to return an item is not a problem but when they tell everyone no then something is not right.

Walmart is a good place to shop at but some employees/supervisors/managers are mean to each other .. like this one girl named Taylor shes a red head and she works at the customer service she was rude to another employee which is why Im giving this 3 stars like Taylor be better .. but anyways I 100% recommend

Was not a good visit. First was back by sporting good and a salesperson was very rude to an Hispanic guy. Then we waited a long time at the jewelry counter and after being paged twice no one came so we left.

I did an online order for the first time and it was so quick and handy! The app tracks your location once you say you're on the way so they are alerted when you arrive. The guy came out with my groceries right away and loaded them in my van. He was friendly and punctual!

Due to the large number of self checkout lanes, there was only one checkout lane operated by a Walmart employee. The line was very long for those who had to use this lane. I asked someone at the customer service desk if they could call other employees to operate cash registers. She said that she didn't have enough workers that knew how to be a cashier. I was impressed though, that she herself opened another cash register so the line could be shortened. I think they need more employees I know how to operate a cash register when needed.

Everyone loves the cost but that's not why I gave only 3 stars. There is more than one way to order, if you have the app. Between app and website are not linked together under your acct. So if I order thru the website, and a month from now you need to see past purchase orders you must use the same site/app that u ordered from.they should work cohesively. Neither cart or order history work together even under your account. The thing that made it inconvenient is I couldn't remember which I ordered from. Then if you needed your item in a hurry and they thought it was in cart but that does work. They need to link them or they will have a spike in returns and mad customers.Trish

Waited over 20 minutes to get help with multiple workers looking at me and turning before they got close to me. Even after being told they would find someone to help me I still had to wait a long time. As I'm writing this I am still waiting. Along with 4 other people. Will be going to a different store to shop from now one. Not very impressed.

The employees here are very nice. I have alot of returns lately and am never bugged about it nor do they make a big deal out of any of it which is nice and hassle free for me. The only thing is they dont have a great selection of clothes and seem to run out of certain sizes quickly and then your left to just pick over that for a frw months until they restock or get new inventory. Wish they had bigger selection on clothes for women and girls. And their toys section is very misplaced and unorganized- nothing is by the corresponding display signs where its supposed to be.

One of the "Checkout Watchers" accused of of stealing while checking out because we had a golf club bag sitting next to the cart. I'm sorry the plastic bag wasn't big enough for a golf bag to fit into it. So before we could finish checking out she went though our bags and our cart to determine if we were ringing up everything and was mouthy and rude while doing so. My wife then got short with her and she replied back "I'm sorry its my job to make sure your not stealing anything" She then took 2 steps backwards and crossed her arms and watched us finish checking out. I am so sick of Walmarts and the worthless service.

Being told that I can only get a dressing room if I put everything back exactly where I found it, is ridiculous. The lady working the fitting room area was extremely rude.To add to this, while still in the dressing room, I was bugged twice and was told to hurry up. Because even though there were 3 rooms available. The next person had to use my mine. Because it was more work for the employee.

I can always find what I'm looking for and service is good. The garden center in the spring is very nice and great selection of plants ( flowers, vegetables, succulents, cactus, green plants), soil, pots, any thing to do with gardening.Prices are average.

I love going to this Walmart. It is always clean and organized; unlike other Walmart where stuff is half on the hanger or falling off the shelves. You can tell that the employees take pride in this location. You also get acknowledgement as a customer for being there. The customer service is great as they are willing to help you and are super polite. It always amazes me how much of a difference there can be between this Walmart and another Walmart that is the same distance away from me but in the opposite direction.

This is a very nice Walmart. I've been to many many Walmart's across the country and this location is top notch. Employees were very nice and helpful and seemed to be happy. Products on the shelves were organized and looked neat. Might be because it's a small town or just was there at the right time but the place was very nice.A+, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up
