Awful service. I got stuck in the drive-through, only 3 cars ahead of me took 45 minutes!!! I would have backed out but someone drove up behind me and I was blocked in. After waiting for so long, they couldn't find my prescription which I had just talked to the provider's office an hour previously and they confirmed they had sent it to the Hy-Vee in Sioux Center. So after waiting all that time I had to leave empty handed. Ridiculous. I plan on asking the provider to resend the prescription tomorrow to a different pharmacy that will quickly and efficiently fill the actual prescription instead of this mess.

Make sure you have 1-2 hours set away to fill your prescription if no one else is in the drive thru. Make sure you have 3-4 hours set away if anyone IS in the drive thru… Also be ready for them to not be able to find your prescription or your insurance. You can’t back out of their drive thru, so once you make that commitment, you’re done for. Don’t hop in line with a sick baby or child. Also, Arletta doesn’t tell you what she’s doing or what’s going on, she just leaves you hanging out at the drive thru. This last time, it was so long the pharmacy lights turned out and we figured they were taking lunch. She came back 30 min later and asked us to come inside, but seemed to struggle to articulate why we needed to … Terrible service, sadly our insurance is only accepted at this pharmacy. It’s been every time we visit that these things happen. So it’s not just a one off bad experience. If you can, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
