This place was awesome. They had good homemade real food with friendly service. We ate the fish special they had. We got chili instead of salad, which was nice and unique. Plus, the meal came with ice cream. All for $11. We wish we didn't live so far away, but we definitely will be back. Also you get a discount for paying with cash. It's nice that not every business is trying to get rid of cash. I would highly recommend this place to others.Parking: There are plenty of spaces to park.Kid-friendliness: There was a kid menu, and Cafe was family-friendly.

In town setting up Family Dollar, group of us ate here everyday if not twice a day. I had the French toast and eggs which was wonderful. Had the Denver omelette which was great also pretty much every thing we ate was really good highly recommend this place if your ever nearby or just passing through.Parking: Lots of room to parkKid-friendliness: Family oriented

Nice little cafe. Service was prompt and attentive. I ordered a ham and cheese skillet which came hot and ready to eat. The interior of the restaurant was clean and the bathroom are clean.Worth stopping if you want a good local eat.

This is a great small town place. Upon walking in you can still tell this is the old pizza hut that used to be in town. They have turned it into an amazing small town diner. The menu has all the usual diner food. Cheeseburger, tenderloins, lots of homemade goodies! I went here with my wife and parents. My dad got the chicken special of the day. It was chicken cooked in a special sauce and a side of rice. He loved it. My mom got a cheeseburger. She said it was cooked just right and really juicy. My wife got the double cheeseburger with bacon. She said it was a really delicious burger. I got the pork tenderloin. It was a really good tenderloin not over breaded but just right! I will for sure be back to the place any time I am in the area. The waitress was a riot she is an older short lady that more a less gives you dinner with a fun side of entertainment. This is just what Sigourney needed a nice food place to keep the locals and travelers happy!

I have never had a bad experience at the Cafe. Any time there has been even the smallest error with my order, they are always quick to make it right and correct the problem. For example, one time I ordered wheat toast and I was given white toast. This was not a problem for me, and I told the waitress this after she told me of the error. She still insisted on making it right, so she got me the correct kind of toast in a very timely manner. Any food I have tried here is always good. Prices are very affordable.Dietary restrictions: The Cafe has so many options on their menu. There are low carb and low calorie options. With their service of breakfast all day, there is a large variety of foods for many different restrictions.Kid-friendliness: The Cafe has good options at a good price for their kids menu, including breakfast items and lunch/dinner items. The Cafe is a family friendly environment. The waitresses are always so kind to my little one and interact with him.

This little restaurant is so busy. So I'm thinking wow the food must be great. The food was really good the place kinda needs an update, however it is very clean. The staff are so polite and so helpful. The crowd seems like they're all enjoying themselves. I was pleasantly surprised.

They have a large menu that has great specials. I was here Thursday so the soup of the day was chicken dumpling. It was great and tasty, and went well when followed by the BLT club sandwich. The portions were nice and large, an the servers were friendly. Overall it's a great place to visit.

We thought it was satisfactory, it was a quick visit, my husband's fish was great, would get that again sometime...we were referred to by some friends, it was okay...staff was overwhelmed...with lots of people...didn't have to wait too long, and that was great!! Waitress very patient, with everyone!!

The skillets are amazing!2022 Edit:If anything, they've gotten better since the publication of my first review. The staff is incredibly nice, the food is absolutely wonderful and is fairly priced. Sigourney Cafe is my favorite place for a sit-down meal in town!

The short order cook here is the best. And the wait staf is awesome here as well. The menu offers a broad enough range of comfort style meals (if that's what you want; and should want), and the value is exceptional enough, that you may just fall in love with the place.Coming here akins to having a comfort meal with a favorite aunt, in her summer kitchen, where pretense is never welcome.Bon appetite
