Overstocked, too many boxes of freight in the isle's so bad that it's hard to go down the isle to get what you need( not the employee's fault they just don't know where else to put it.) Customer service however is very good. These employee's work their butts off! Sad as I had discovered the employees also have to scrub the floor after closing. Seriously! Not fair to these employee's to also be responsible for the cleaning of the floor.

The reason why I'm giving this store four stars is because the staff are very friendly and helpful. That's much appreciative because I am new to using their app and they help me find savings in coupons.I held back one star because the store is not organized it's very messy and stuff is everywhere. That could be worked on.As for saving money. Dollar General is no different from any Walmart. The prices are not savings. The only savings that you would get is possibly from a coupon here or there. I guess it's reflecting the recession that we're in.

Shelves are hardly ever have stock and truck carts are always everywhere. HOWEVER that is NOT the employee's fault, it's management's and higher ups since they are always short staffed. 9/10 there's only one person there to run the whole store by themselves. They are overworked, under paid and under appreciated. Dollar General as a whole has gone way downhill due to these issues and why they can't keep staff. Do better DG.

Very disorganized. Stuff everywhere on floors in carts, couldn't move to next aisle without moving stuff out of the way. Items Not on shelves. Obviously they need help.

Sigourney DG need new management cardboard on the ground just a mess and the management will only hire friends only, DG you might want a head person to come down for a week and see what is going on maybe two people but to see in person who should be in the management position or something.

This place is a dumpster fire. It's always a mess, there is NEVER an employee to check out and self checkout is usually broken. I have had multiple occasions where I have stood at the checkout and shouted for an employee and ended up just walking out. Corporate needs to get involved.

They have a huge store with a lot of different products that aren't at the typical DG's around Iowa!
