Just called to make an appointment and they were following their rules, which is good. But I tried to explain my side of the story and they thought I was getting irritate and told me that they would have to end the conversation but they were interrupting me also. They want curbside service because of COVID-19 and are willing to take my dog who doesn't like anyone outside the family in for an exam, but after how I got treated how am I supposed to feel comfortable with that especially since this won't work with my dog. I have been going to them with my dogs since 1998. I don't feel comfortable going there now.

When we arrived to the clinic pulled around to the back of the office 2 people came out and told us the x rays could not be done today that is what the apportionment was for the vet told us every thing Wong with hour mini pony and that she was in a lot pain an she should be put down . With out putting one hand on her standing away from her as she told us what we should do put our little pony down .what a wasted trip did not even call us to inform us the x rays could not be done.oh one star for the nice person that we made the apportionment with. Will not call them again!!!
