Words cannot cover the respect I have for this vet clinic. Very professional and very respectfully of there patients. My pup was getting very ill and our previous vet was unavailible. They got us in the day we called and ran some blood and even though the results were very painful for me, they made sure to explain them fully and allowed me time make the very hard decision. Definitely worth the 45 minute drive for me for the quality treatment we received.

Their staff is one of a kind! We took our dog after hours. I never felt rushed to make the tough decision that had to be made for our pup. We recently got a sympathy card signed by all of the staff. It was much appreciated knowing the was loved up until the end!

On Sunday,I had an emergency with one of my dogs,I called and the Vet meet me there,had to have an eye surgery done on my dogs eye.A GREAT big thanks goes out to Dr. Clayton!! We love you guys and we also love all of the Vets there. We are confident that Dr. Clayton made our dog so much better! Was so sympathatic with the whole situation!! These guys care so much about taking care of your pet. The whole staff is lovely and are professional and courteous. When you have an emergency they will get you in ASAP. I’ve met all 3 vets and they are all wonderful but Dr. Brandi is my favorite. When they come for farm calls, they are quick and efficient so your animals stay calm and unstressed.

I hands down would recommend them. We had an emergency with my daughters dog and the compassion shown for Ranger for a 10! We couldn't get that service from anyone else that day.

Our dog needed a vets attention, non-emergency, and they got her in immediately. We were greeted warmly and the vet and assistant were professional, friendly and helpful. The cost was very reasonable... a lot cheaper than back home in the big city. I wouldn't hesitate to bring our dogs there again.

We are traveling thru the area but needed to get our dogs shots updated. They were able to get us in the next day after calling. The receptionist was amazing and friendly. With covid they came straight to the car to grab the dogs and were super friendly. We were there for maybe 10 mins no more than 15. I have never been to a faster, more efficient, vet clinic for shots before. I would highly recommend them to any one. I wish all vet clinics were this amazing. Thank you Shelby Vet clinic so much! You all are amazing!!

Dr's and staff all take the time to listen and have companion for you and your pet. Was very pleased with follow up phone call after my pets surgery to see how he was doing. Been going to Shelby Vet Clinic for years. Highly recommend them!

I Love this vet clinic, the first time my cat came here was after a terrible experience at the Avoca vet almost killing my cat, but Dr. Brandi got him up to speed very very quickly. The second time was when my cat had crystals in his bladder and he seen Adam. Both of the Vets I had deal with Thunder, my cat, were very professional and knew exactly what they were doing. These vets and the Logan vet are the only ones I take Thunder to. I wish I could give them more than five stars because they really deserve it! They are the reason Thunder is healthy!!

Fantastic staff. We have taken them 2 of our goats and 3 of our dogs there. They are caring and extremely experience for all of our pets needs. Highly recommend them.

Awesome, the Dr are very friendly. They have been caring for my critters for years. Recently my pup got sick while out if town....they worked with vet in town to treat my animal. This was awesome.

A very grateful thank you to Mike Bladt at the Shelby Vet Clinic. He returned our call within minutes and we were quickly on our way with our sick dog. My husband and I were impressed with the care and tests that Mike provided. Mind you he took the time to see us on a very cold New Year's Eve! Wrigley is up to full speed now thanks to Mike's care. All the staff care about patients and customers. They are compassionate and supportive especially during a loss, educated with BIG and small animals. They are willing to drive miles and bring necessary equipment. Amazing vets. Highly recommend!

This isn't the vet we use but it is so close to our house that when our dog died they were so nice in helping us cremate her and getting us what we wanted with her. They put her ashes in a beautiful wood box.

They're excellent! I had a litter of sick puppies recently and they gave me advice on the not so sick ones so I could take care of them on my own and handled the worst ones for me. Everyone made it thru!

I have been a customer for years, usually it's either Adam or Brandi who show up to my place. They are always patient and explain everything to me in detail, I very much appreciate that they are willing to travel 35+ miles to my place. I will not call anyone but Shelby Vet!

Great staff. Superb vets. Very clean. Excellent prices. I will not take my animals anywhere else. They will recommend other vets if there is a special medical condition that they do not do.
