This is the best local coffee shop I have ever been too! The staff is super helpful with choosing a drink if you don’t know what you want and they have so much variety. They also have good wifi to be able to do homework or work there.

So this is my 2nd time going to Hawks coffee shop ☕️. They offer a lot of items. I ordered an iced caramel latte, and it was very good. I also heard they had scones, so I ordered the blueberry scone,and they have cupcakes. And since I have a daughter I ordered 2 different ones for her. The cupcakes are mini, the scone is good size, but all of the food was delicious. I will definitely be going back. Better then Starbucks.

The coffee was pretty good. I was disappointed with the small portion for the large acai bowl. $8 and it was maybe a 6 or 8oz cup good but not filling by any means. The breakfast sandwiches are something I wouldn't recommend. They are frozen Jimmy dean sandwiches. Sausage was still cold! Muffins seemed like basic mixes.

What a nice little spot to grab coffee with a friend! There's a kids area with smaller chairs, comfy bean bag chairs, books, crayons, etc. to keep them occupied if you're going to hang out for a bit. I also appreciate the comfy couch and chair seating throughout the dining area where littles can also sit freely with me. There's plenty of seating and parking. Local goods, coffee, pastries, and other snacks are the main attractions, though! Friendly staff.Kid-friendliness: Kids area with comfy bean bag chairs and small kid-sized Adirondack chairs with a rug, books, and crayons.

I rented out the space for a private evening event at Hawks Coffee Shop to show appreciation to the church volunteers that I lead. We enjoyed tasty beverages and played Music BINGO. The staff made this such a fun and easy event and the space felt so cozy and inviting. We will definitely be back in the future!

Rude girl with brown hair that works up front, also first coffee I got had nasty creamer in it that tasted like dishwater. She refused to accept that it tastes like garbage and said "we don't remake drinks" as if everything they do is always perfect. Pretty condescending attitude. They eventually made something else that was edible, other gal with curly red hair was actually nice. Not sure why you'd work up front if you are a crabapple.

Went into Hawks for the first time today and it was great!The coffee was really good, the atmosphere seems really inviting and fun with LOTS of sitting space.I work from home and like to get out from time to time and I'm excited to have a new place in town.I enjoy a good morning cup of coffee and as much as I enjoy my Starbucks or Caribou living in town it's not all that convenient. Plus I'd rather support a locally owned business than a national chain.Don't get me wrong though, you're definitely not sacrificing quality.Good luck and can't wait to come back.

This place is amazing! They cater to a lot of different tastes! I love the vast amount of sugar free syrups available for their coffee drinks. I highly recommend this iced Americano! Cupcakes are awesome and very original and friendly staff.

Our team has come for Trivia Night twice. We love the space so much. It’s fun, very casual and approachable. Such an amazing place to bring friends, coworkers, and kids. I bought these really cute pens from the retail wall. So glad they’ve opened the doors, love the vibe. 💜

Today was the first time my family and I had been to Hawks coffee shop. We don't live in Sergeant Bluff so we don't have a lot of opportunities to go there but my wife had heard that it's good place to go get your cup of joe. We went there they were quick, the coffee Coco and smoothies we got we're really good and the staff was very friendly. We love to go to the local small businesses and this is definitely one that we will go back to I also had to try the Hope Center latte because a dollar out of the cost of that coffee gets donated it to Sunnybrook church has Hope Center. In between the good coffee and the charitable cause we will definitely be coming back.

Lattes are delicious! They also carry milk substitutes. I had a Carmel latte with almond milk. We also had a breakfast egg turnover and breakfast croissant sandwich. Both were smaller but tasted good! Service was very friendly and quick! Will definitely be back to try their scones!

I asked the sweet young lady to make me a frap with their coffee flavor of the day and she politely said that making it with the coffee wouldn’t have much flavor. She then followed it up with the fact she could make a frap with those flavors. When I took my first sip it was exactly what I was envisioning it to taste like. Great job and great service. I will continue to give back to this business as they are such a great addition to our community. Great job Hawks Coffee Shop!!!

Oh my gosh, beautifully decorated, so clean, lots of very nice seating for getting together and having a snack with all kinds of beverages...my first time in and I am so proud they opened in Sergeant Bluff, we have lived here 28 years!! Will be back over and overP.S. The only thing I would change right now in the times we are in, is to wear masks, and gloves even when making drinks, you did with the food. Also wire dome covers over cupcakes on top of counter. Thank you 😊
