Great customer service. The employees always greet with a smile. I love that the store always clean. They have the best everything and fresh vegetables and fruits. Fareway totally made my day today cause they were the only place that sold duck ❤ my Thanksgiving wouldn't be the same if I wouldn't have it. Thank you so much for that. I am from Louisiana and all the stuff I am used to having hard to find. So Fareway I truly appreciate that y'all have with I need.

Best grocery store for friendly, helpful staff. I've never seen a grumpy employee.. The produce is always good. Better for keeping up stocking shelves than many other stores.

It use to be a fun and friendly store to go to but very poor management. Some of the staff are nice and friendly but the rest are ether sexist or bias. Dose not treat all their customers with respect. Very negative attitude. Not even close to a family store. Lost lot of values and morals. Over all The company sees 💲💲 more important then customer service and family values.

Ran in with my son who's autistic he picked out Chip's and chip dip paid with his own money and we ended up with a young lady named Lilly who was so rude and when the dip rang up wrong she said and... I was informed no manager was in the store and she couldn't do anything about it it's only .30 cents is what I was told she turned her back on us refused to give me her name thankfully another clerk did give me it. I'm not sure if she was just new or had no customer service skills however I was very disappointed. I did call the store less then 5min after that a surprise a manager was on the other line who apologized for her and offered us a refund for the difference which I declined I only wanted the clerk to notify her supervisor about the obvious price difference... I really hope she was informed how to treat customers bc I love this store.

Gateway is always clean! The associates greet you with a Smile and a hello. They make you feel at home! It's great to see local school kids working in the store! What a great way to support the neighborhood!

Lazy person followed me out to my car. I had to push my cart and load my own groceries. Never had to do this. Sgt Bluff fareway never again. Could have went to HyVee and got better service. Staff in aisles were great the y I ung boy at check out MEH

The staff is the most courteous and helpful. The prices are great. My meat guy--Darrel has been doing my meat order for years. I wouldn't shop any where else!!

I like the system at the meat department, and appreciate that they wrap it how I ask. The produce is always fresh and relevant to the season! The staff is friendly and helpful! Prices are lower than the compitition, which is a huge plus for my family! Thanks Fareway!

Clean store and friendly staff. My only complaint is with the gentleman working at the meat counter. As the man packaged all of the different types of meat I was purchasing he was using his bare hands to handle the food and no hand washing between. Will visit the other store for meat selections in the future.

Hello i live in Sergeant Bluff Ia. and we buy 90 % of our grocery"s their and i would like to let you know that in the last month have purchased 3 containers of your Cherry Overload ice cream that says loaded with black cherries but there is no more than a couple of cherry's in small piece's in each of the containers ! I don't know who makes your ice cream but just wanted to let you know ! We love shopping at your store here and i thought we should let you know since i'm a cherry nut !!
