Stopped to grab something on our way home from vacation. Stood there waiting for our food and observed a man hanging out at the counter slurping on an ice cream cone talking to workers. He eventually went behind the counter while still slurping away. The sandwiches were hot, but soggy. The fish and chicken pretty much both taste like the oil hasn't been changed in months. The fries were ok, but after asking for ketchup twice, the kid still didn't understand what I wanted. I'm not sure he was even legally old enough to be working. Horrible experience.

I went through drive thru 1st time and they messed up my order. Got home realizing they screwed it up. Went back and got it replaced only to get a few blocks away and find out it was wrong again! Turned around and got to the window and told them they've screwed up my order 2x now. It was near closing and they told me that it would take a half hour to warm grill back up. I was so mad that I left the sandwich on the window sill of drive thru and drove off. They owe me food and time I wasted finding their mistakes.

No brownies or fudge in the Royal Ultimate Choco Brownie Blizzard, AGAIN !I know that it cost more because it is Royal Ultimate, but can I get what I ordered for once, and if not charge me less!I have ordered 4 within the last few weeks and one has been made correctly, can I get the difference back in what you charge me for the extras I have paid for and not received !?

Always have a great experience but today was the best. The gal that helped us had a great smile and personality. We ordered a dipped twist cone in our order and the first thing she handed me was a twist cone not dipped. No biggie I am not a complainer and my grandson was just fine with it. We pulled around front to wait for our food. A few minutes later she walked out to the car with a dipped cone and was so apologetic. She returned shortly with our food and noticed that some ice cream had dripped on the side of my car. She apologized and suggested I clean it off soon (it was already dried). I work in retail and too often all we hear about is the negative. Very refreshing to have great service with a smile and I wanted to make sure she was recognized!!

Good customer service only 1 person at cashier young gal and she was quick on top of her orders was s lil behind but not bad. Food was great. They all work well together to get orders done in a timely fashion!! I was impressed!!!💯💯💯Dietary restrictions: Have more options for ppl that do diet

Me and my friend wanted to go for a ice cream date. and everything was going perfect until we ordered… We ordered two small twist cones. We had to wait 45 minutes with no ice cream. I finally went up to the register and gave them the receipt I already paid, then three minutes later we got our ice cream everyone after us got their ice cream but us. They didn’t tell us sorry or anything. We left an hour later I was very very disappointed. Absolutely love their ice cream but bad experience.

I showed up at 11:00 and doors were locked. I waited 10 minutes til they opened. No soap in the bathrooms and I watched an employee walk right out before me without washing hands to cooking food. Service was short and I was made to feel like an inconvenience.

Wow! The DQ, in Sergeant Bluff, IA is just wonderful!!!! Krista was so friendly and accommodating! I called at 9:05 PM to see if I could get a special order ice cream blizzard cake, for unexpected company, early the next day. Krista said absolutely no problem!!!! She would make it up yet that night before she left! I was so relieved and excited! She gave me all of the flavor choices, what was in them, asked me what colors I wanted and personalize it with Congrats, Amy on top for our unexpected celebration! Krista really went above and beyond for me! It’s people like her that make it a great experience! She could have just told me what they had in the cooler and I would’ve had to take one of those. Thank you and kudos to Krista for helping me make our last minute celebration special with a customized blizzard cake!!!!

I had a problem from a different location and Sargent Bluff handle fixing it the right way with friendliness all were very pleasant to me I will be back for sure for all my cakes from this location they know there stuff. One more thing the owner of these stores he is a heck of a nice guy he will listen and he is understanding thank you again kieth for making my day yesterday by listing and understanding me .

I've always liked the dairy Queen the only thing I miss is their footlongs I used to eat those everyday just about and I talk to him any other people that miss the footlongs as well but there are other food is very very good

This is the closest Dairy Queen restaurant I live beyond, just about 5 miles from my house. They always get my order correct, but at the drive-thru it takes about 2–3 minutes per customer to receive the food. Whenever I get the food, it always turns out delicious and well-done.

9:30 rude teenage crew with table of their friends loud and running around the store. Staff was not only not doing anything about it but off duty crew was part of the chaos. Order was wrong, chicken strips were little bricks and fries were cold. Ice cream was good

The last couple times I have been to this one. I Always order Strawberry smoothie with extra strawberries. They charge me extra(only place that does) for that but the last couple times I have no strawberry flavor at all what so ever. I dont have this problem at other DQ's. Just poor job in making them on day shift.

DQ. Its ice cream bit the Riverside location on Sioux City is the slowest in the world. This is not a one time thing and is everytime I have gone there. You pull the handle, fill the cup, and move em out. 14 minutes and one car ahead of us that got two cones and three people inside. Be patient if you go there.

Only kids were working. Fries were rubbery and undercooked. Burger was ok. Went back to the counter to get our ice cream and stood there for probably 5 minutes when someone was "working" right on the other side.

Horrible experience. Didnt have some blizzard flavors which are common elsewhere. Also young black man seemed to be in training and was being talked to in a belittling manner by a dark haired teen girl. She seemed to be an off duty employee as she stood on customer side of Counter. Patrons could hear her continually talking to him as if he were an idiot. Turned my stomach. No one should be treated like that. There are PROFFESIONAL ways to train. Hope DQ management reads this and stops this!

Food was good...sign on door prior to entering wants everyone to wear a mask...wore our mask in ...not one employee is wearing a mask once we entered...so they want protected from us but we are not to be protected from them...what that all about? Will think again before going in again.
