This was one of the best experiences I have ever had getting a primer that us hard to find. They didn't have it when I called but we're able to locate it and had it in the store the same week and saved me a half day in travel time ..They are highly recommended!

Used U S Cellular services. This company shares the front corner of the building. Had a minimum wait. Service was not met with a smile nor a thank you at the end. BUT the objective was achieved! Great work and speedy. This young man knew his stuff. Thanks U S Cellular for your service.

In a small community I would expect more…..especially after spending quite literally $1000s of dollars not just on tools and gardening supplies but luxury items such as yeti coolersI inquired about price matching an angle grinder with Home Depot in council bluffs (since they had done the same previously for a drill kit)Total savings would of been $50 …..$50 for the literal thousands we have spent through the years. Manager refused to honor. No customer loyalty at all.This location will be used for emergency use only from this point forward……the hundreds spent every spring …Will go to Hyvee or Council Bluffs.Everything else will be ordered online from out of the community .Way to go …….

Went to US Cellular to get my husband's phone fixed. Was a quick fix which was good, but I did have to wait in line for quite awhile because there was only one associate. She was pretty friendly though.

Big selection of stuff for being a small town store. The staff is very friendly. Some prices are good, some a little high, but better than a trip to Omaha. The only drawback is that some if the staff just are not very knowledgeable about the things they have in the store. They don't seem to understand much of the technical stuff. But that is not unusual in a lot of places.

Went here yesterday and the customer service is on point. I came in having an idea what I needed, but they helped bring it home and helped showed me where the product is I wanted. The corner of the store I was in is clean, so no complaints there.
