Unsafe pallets on driveway making backing for trucks extremely difficult. 2 women with bad attitudes. I will never deliver here again!!!Clean up your pallets!!! I will see this place in court when I sue them for their unsafe driveway.

I have been in this store twice in the past month and have never seen such rude management. First by the manager herself the second occasion today by an assistant manager. The gentleman behind the register was courteous. The female assistant manager today was argumentative with not only me but a lady being rung up on the adjacent register. I think they’re skipping customer service etiquette upon hiring. I would rather drive out of town than return to this store. If I could give a 0/0 for my total experience I totally would. Do better Tractor Supply.

Do need product testing? I'm not sure it's ok to open some packages to test the magnification...we put it back properly I hope.lol! Young lady was very pleasant! I love your selection but need a paddle board by the time weather for it is here. I like to see the product in the store. I'm not an online orderer.

I went out to look at flowers to buy. Half of them were dead or near dead. Why aren't Orscheln employees able to water their plants?? I walked into the store and there weren't any customers for the employees to help, so why can't they water? Also, hardly any prices on the plants either. I was able to find the mini sunflowers inside!

The latest manager and assistant manager are classless and clueless women. I know the workforce is slim...but really?The store has gone downhill on customer service and courtesy since Stephanie left. Hoping rumors that Tractor Supply was buying them out so decent staffing can take over but I guess that's not happening anytime soon. Too bad

Orchelins gas many great things but , was discouraged because employees were talking on their phones (personal ph calls) , and not paying any mind to me standing there wanting to ask a question, and when I left, they were all just hanging out at the register goofing off. Need to pay more attention to their customers.

They were so nice to look for a product via phone then hold till I could drive top Red Oak to pick it up since Shenandoah and Clarinda is out of Van Sickle gallons of clear coat Tractor Paint.

If you live in Red Oak this is one of the best places to go get lots of various farm equipment household equipment lawn equipment tools Etc very good place inexpensive for being in a small rule town highly recommended nothing has changed since this last post except they've gone back to regular hours
