Not today and not saying specific days.I came in with my family and I got the original chicken.I couldn't get the skin off of the chicken because it had been sitting for a long long time. The meat was yellow for the first 3/8 of an inch from being dried out and very gross.I could and planned on eating kfc 1-3 times a week there but after this horrible experience, I will not be coming back...How much business do you think you have lost because of this type of reason?Mine is lost for sure...This is also why you need good paid/competent workers that keep a good standard.Just me alone, I would have spent about $120 a month there for food which comes out to about $1,440.00 a year. Now multiply that by 100 people with the same experience who would have spent more than me...So you are losing approximately $144,000.00 a year or so in sales because of low quality...Maybe put out a sign on the front saying you have fixed your problems so when you do, more people will give you a chance again...

I think I can speak for a lot of people in this town, but I am so tired of waiting almost an hour in the drive thru for 2 chicken wraps. It does not make any sense why it should take so long. If you’re short staffed, it’s time to raise wages because you have obviously raised your prices. The food is never bad, but it’s not worth the wait at all. If you are in a hurry I highly suggest eating elsewhere. To me it is never worth the wait

Worst that it’s ever been!! 35 minutes on two burritos and then you mention last minute you sent them out the window by accident.. Your inventory for food was runny low and yet they had no problem with that.. 6 minute wait for biscuits turned into 15.. unacceptable for a “fast food chain”.. if you are hurting that bad call staff in better yet management..

Slowest drive up line ever. But then the quality of food is not good. My original chicken was doughy inside. The Cinnamon twists has no sugar and staff would not replace. Never going back.

We ordered 2 different meals and they got our order wrong and they didn't even get us the right drinks and the drinks were watered down. Our food was upside down in the bag and all over the bag and when we tried to say something they argued with us.

If you are looking for dry/overcooked yet somehow cold chicken then this is the place for you! Have you ever been cleaning your couch and found a months old french fry between the cushions? Well, how'd you like an entire order of fries with the same texture and flavor? They would still be better than the food I received at this drive through.1 star because miraculously the Mt Dew fountain soda was drinkable.

Food was amazing, the service was phenomenal so friendly helped me get exactly what I wanted to order. Would definitely go there again. Sarah checked me out in the drive-through, she was so nice!!!

Jesus I don't know where to begin..... management was rude when I ordered a double steak burrito. Took them 20 min. To figure out that they were out of steak. They wanted to fill it with hamburger instead but I'm pretty sure steak costs more then hamburger. They really need some kind of customers service training there. Wish I would have recorded the whole incident on my phone

If I could give less than one star I would. First time going there they messed up my order. I ordered the $20 fill up with 4 extra biscuits, got home, there were no biscuits, only one mashed potatoes and no gravy. Chicken looked like it was massacred, pieces did not look right. I order again 2 weeks later, thinking maybe it will be better. Everything was there but biscuits were hard as a rock! They crumbled when you bit into them, no more, I will never go there again.

Worst I've been too. The days of blaming COVID are over with. Hire people that get your order right and don't debate with you about you ordered. Just say sorry and make it right. Unfortunately I've never had a correct order at this location.

KFC taken to new heights of disgusting. Chicken was like it had been saved from last week and then re-dipped in boiling fat. All three sides were either wrong, or with the corn, completely missing. Yuk. Birds liked it though!

Need some update on their customer service quality they need to get more employees and they need to make sure that fresh chicken is constantly cooked when recommend Pizza ranch for chicken other than KFC took quite a while to get order done going indoorsWheelchair accessibility: There is handicap parking and wheelchair access through the doors at KFC Taco Bell there here in Red Oak

It's a KFC, Taco Bell combo. Like all combo restraunts they do both adequately but neither amazingly. Staff is fine, the place is clean. Chicken, etc is not as good as it used to be, but that's at ALL KFC places, not just this one, so not their fault. Decent value for the price.
