Nice grocery store. Very clean with large aisles. Some of their deals are very good and the customer service was nice. They help bag and bring to your car, and did not accept a tip, so many people would appreciate that.

Fareway is full of low priced high quality goods. They have the best meat around. Their staff is knowledgeable and very kind. Today an employee was filling a customer order and I do laps so naturally we ran into each other multiple times. We joked about it instead of thinking it was a neusance.

Always clean, organized, and well stocked. It's easy to find what you are looking for and the customer service has always been very helpful. However, I'm not a big fan of the new self check-out registers. They take up too much space. They were already quick as it is checking people out in-person. This was one of the main reasons why we shopped here over Hyvee.

2 things I love about Red Oak Fareway are the big parking spaces-so I can get in & out of my truck or car easily- and that they sell True Food hydroponic lettuce from a local producer in Stanton. My lettuce actually lasts a long, long time. It's lasted 3-4 weeks! Yes weeks. Unlike other lettuce that spoils within just a couple of days. I no longer have to throw out wilted or spoiled lettuce because the hydroponic stuff is still crisp & fresh. Love that Red Oak Fareway supports local growers!

While visiting fareway grocery her in red oak and i ran into to some wonderful help by Joey and Annissa. They were so sweet and at the time busy but they really made my shopping trip easier

Really good meat department. We do most of our shopping here now. Pretty good selection of products including some surprising items. The bathrooms are even nice. They're the only ones carrying Falks ice cream as far as I know. Love that stuff!

The women up front that was supposed to be taking care of the self check outs was really rude to me her name is Lisa and needs to go to anger management class. One horrible person.

I bought 4 thick sliced New York steaks and it was 1/2 of the steak was fat, had 2 pork steaks and was all fat but maybe 3 bites! It used to have better meat but not last week, I’ll try once more!

Nice people, but they are always out they are often out of multiple items. Need major improvements in inventory control. They were once price competitive, bot not so much anymore. The meat counter is great though....

Very friendly small town storm family owned and ran good customer service fast convenient handicap parking handicap access nice and cold inside during the summer offer if you need assistance with carry out etc etc highly recommend this to all my people in Red Oak area

Was in there shopping today for just a couple of things a customer ask the beggar not to beg her things that way and the bagger said oh you're the one that wants to do her own bagging in a very snotty tone. The bagger was rude to the customer and very inappropriate. This figure is an older lady and I'm all in favor of hiring the elderly since I am one but that does not give you any cause to be rude to a customer. If you're in a bad mood just leave it at home. I have had dealings with this bagger before also and that is one of the reasons why I don't shop there on a regular basis. She just throws things into the sack putting cold items with canned goods Etc she does not know how to bag properly. She either needs to be retrained on bagging and customer service or she should not be working with the customer

I was there today and your isles were full of customers. Shelves were stocked and if I couldn't find something someone was always there to help. I got right thru the line. They were really busy and of course Cary is always there to pitch in and help and he always has a smile. Thanks to everyone that works there. Fareway prices have always been lower than HyVee.

My first visit. While I'm not sure about the meat section yet, we did have a couple of fantastic tasting grilled t-bones last night that I purchased yesterday. I like to brouse and look at many cuts of meat, choosing the size, thickness and look of each choice I make. You can't do that here. Plus I didn't like that I had to repackage every package of meat that was going in the freezer. If they wrapped the meat in freezer wrap like the meat markets of my youth did, that would be better. I did like purchasing the hamburger in the exact sizes I wanted though. I will try them again.

They are the best and I think a lot more people should go and see what they are like. I love how they are all kind and how they have a smile every time you go in or out. Keep it up! I also love how they treat you like family.

They dint hold larger boxes of diapers they quit holding landolakes milk my trusted brand since its hormone free and just all around natural as it gets.. one time I returned a box of diapers because the strap was cut to 1/16th of an inch on every diaper and they reaped it and put it back on the shelves then when I went Into buy new diapers I recognized the box I asked a clerk if it was same she said no we wouldn't do that ... it was only box of size 6 and I bought it and it was same box then I went back had to make a huge stink to get then to go to store next door and buy me a box for 2 bucks higher price because I only use huggies.. only good thing about them is the nice customer service girls and elder ladys and the organic produce section is getting slightly bigger .
