Small truck stop in a small town careful parking because the idiot farm boys are very aggressive and will gun their engine like they're planning to ram you when you back in with your 4 ways on and act like your the problem even when it only takes you 30 seconds to back into a space. Other than that the staff are nice and work hard to get hot food out to the drivers. Be nice to them and they'll be nice to you.

I came in at 1:30am... man behind the counter was incredible! Super patient, bagged my items without me even asking... very on top of things for it being late at night!!Impeccable customer service... if I'm ever running orders late at night in IA again I know where to come!! 💚

Go here a lot and always a nice experience. There's a Godfathers pizza as well as Chesters chicken counters, along with all the usual gas station fare. Staff is always nice. Women's bathroom has one weird stall, but it's usable. Just saying, go for the big one, lol!

You're walking in to pay for gas and possibly get an energy drink or a coffee you know, the same old routine.No no, not here, they see you coming in they are at ready to serve you with some hot fried Chicken potato wedges hot buttered buttermilk biscuits and honey or in the mornings they have breakfast and on Wednesdays they have barbecue night with smoked macaroni and cheese oh my goodness yum yum yum.Oh yes you can grab your energy drink or slushy in the middle of winter and better yet your coffee and your gas but you get so much more with a friendliness and the special attention that you will receive here at cubbies.So, just right off of highway 34 and 48 in Red oak stop on in you will not be disappointed. There is a large parking lot for big rigs and filling stations for big rigs and a death station there as well and places where truckers can sleep.So the next time that you're in Red oak please stop in. The 2 girls working up front at 5:30 pm on February 3rd were very rude and very unprofessional. The bathrooms are nasty and they are standing around behind the counter on their phones. When I went and checked out the cashiers name was cassie and she was rude she didn't tell me my total, she didn't try to conversate like people who work with the public do and I bought 5 or 6 items and didn't even get offered a bag to put my items in. This company needs to work on getting their business together and get rid of the workers that are rude.

The tall guy with long hair was nice, very clean place, beats some of the loves and TAs I've been too. Instructions weren't clear, put DEF in the diesel tank, truck caught fire, no survivors.

I went to Cubbys on 5/2/2019. As I walked in I noticed a man getting food. I walked up to the counter to prepay for $10 in fuel and a 32oz drink. I stepped aside for this man. He walked up to the counter to pay and tapped on some sort of sauce cup. The cashier Rochelle...(the AM) looked at him and VERY rudley...." I didn't charge you for that" the man looked at her and "oh ok". He paid for his stuff and was leaving. I went back up to the counter and asked if Trish was available because I wanted to see if they were hiring. In a very rude voice and tone once again...She said to me" at the moment we are fully staffed but we can take your application" I told her that I had turned one in and was checking on it.As I turned to walk out I heard her sigh. Of this is the type of AM that this company has and this is a face of CUBBYS the corporate office really needs to reevaluate its managment team.I know for a fact that this has not been the only time this lady has been rude with people. You will loose business from semi drivers if the word on the interstate gets out that part of the staff treats people like this.

I suggest you count the change you get back from night shift. I handed the guy a hundred dollar bill and I was supposed to get $73 back. I didn't count it and it wasn't until I got home that I realized I was $30 short on the change I was supposed to get.

Had to come to get scratch tickets cashed in. Tried stanton iowa casey store and they could not cash them in and snobed me. Glade that cubby values there customers. Very friendly and polite!! Keep it up would recommend

Great because they are open 24 hours day not many places in this town are I believe only the other gas station is also which they had Stella they don't carry Stella in a 32 ounce bottle

Bathrooms are disgustingly filthy upon every visit. Overall cleanliness is poor however they do have a good line of fast food available and staff is friendly.

Maybe worry a little less about the girl in the kitchen on her cellphone. Cashier personal apperance needs a little work. Stocking cap pulled down over face military style coat. Kinda upsetting knowing he never seen a day of service.

What kind of bass ackword place raises the price from 89 gas to 91 gas 45 cents per gallon. I always go here and now I will be going to BP. Rob someone else... Shameful!
