I spent a literal ton of money trying to get answers to help my poor dog and after months of him being in pain took him somewhere else for a second opinion. In one visit we got the answer and the help he needed for less than 60 dollars. I would have spent a fortune to help him, it's not about the money but the fact that he was in pain and they put him through so much unnecessary stress. They were rude and heartless, unorganized, and so incredibly wrong. Absolutely do not recommend trusting your pets to this vet!

I went in for vaccinations for both my german shepherds on 2-25-20 the staff did so well with them while they were in the office but an hour after I got home one of my dogs died I called them crying I was scared and just confused on while my dog had died he seemed so healthy. I was put on hold 4 times and all they did was keep saying they didn't kill my dog not once did I blame them or accuse them I lost one of my best friends I needed some help and someone to just talk to me with compassion and to help me figure out my options. I wont go back with my dogs again you lack compassion. No I dont blame you for my dog dying I think it had something to do with genetics but you should of handled the situation way better then what you did.

PLEASE READ!!! They didn't help my sick animal in hardly the least, gave little to no answers, and what was done to help my other fuzzy buddy didnt last but a 1/3 of the time it was supposed to. VERY DISSATISFIED. Cost was far too high for being given no answers. Will not be returning to this vet!!!

Never take your pet to a vet that doesn't care!! Posting on behalf of a friend because she is out trying to find a vet to save her dog. This office sent her dog home with a tail injury that was unwrapped, no chew collar, and no hope for sugery for two weeks!! Sorry but I am blown away by the lack of empathy!! Lets hope they never put another pup through this😢🐕

They took in our 10month old Bassett Clyde no question asked. They truelly cared about Clyde, Not how deep our pockets were. No other vet we call would see Clyde without a MINIMUM OF $400.00 CASH.There wasn't 1 DAY that went by that someone would call us, at least once. BUT WAS ALWAYS 2 TIME A DAY, TO GIVE US UPDATES ON Clyde.We would of lost him lf it wasn't 4 them. They all mean so much to me. ANd Clyde fell in love💕 to.
