Might be good if you are a local and just want to partake in the bar offerings or if you go when its warmer and sit along the water. We got the check and the Prices did not match what was on the menu. There also was an extra charge for thick pizza which we were not informed of--the pizza was not good. The women's bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was soiled and just all around dirty. We will not go back.

Unique bar and restaurant right on the bank of the Wapsie River. Very nice deck for outdoor seating overlooking the river and park across the river. Good food, decent beer selection (though no draft beers anymore 😔) and service is always good, even when very busy as it can be on nice weekend days when the biker waves funnel in.Vegetarian options: They have a pretty solid vegetarian pizza 🍕

The pizza is amazing, when I ask for Xtra cheese I know I've got it, compared to any other pizza places in the Neighboring cities, I honestly suspect I'm charged for it, but don't see any difference , but not here! My kids love the nachos, the proportions are so generous I can order one and it feeds them both satisfactory. Would love to see more chicken items on the menue, and I'd definitely be there for a great steak often once they put that on the menue. I'd recommend anyone to eat there

A clean spacious bar/grill to gather socially with outdoor seating as well. A shoutout to our waitress Andrea who was friendly, engaging and accommodating. We ordered the Wolfey's pizza and it didn't disappoint us either. Absolutely one of the best pizzas we've ever eaten. Kudos to the chef! Entire staff courteous and helpful. Limited beer choices BUT it's a local bar so you stock good sellers.Delicious hot pizza and appetizers! Loaded with toppings. Friendly service, great waitress, clean bathrooms, good prices. Really enjoyed our dinner.

What a joy! Sydney, our server, is amazingly cute. Service with a smile, always. I had the Philadelphia cheese steak. It was hot and delicious. I'd not heard of the town until a classmate suggested lunch there. I'm from Texas, but I hope to be back sometime.

Food was good and our waitress very attentive. However, there was so much very loud talking at the bar between employee and patron (and others there) that I was getting a headache and we couldn't hear each other at our table. So we told our waitress to pack it to go, had to go back and ask for silverware, but tipped her well. She was trying.

Well decorated, spacious restaurant and bar. Rentable event area in the back, a deck to eat outside with views of the river, friendly bartender and wait staff. We tried the fish basket, shrimp basket, breaded tenderloin, and the pizza. All were very hot and delivered to our table very quickly after ordering. Overall a good experience.A few miles out of town is cedar rock state park and in town is a campground and the river. Cute little town.

Nice to find something open in a small town, but our to go order was missing the mayo and ranch we requested. And since we were heading back to work, we didn't have time to go back. Plus the basket offered was supposed to have cottage cheese or coleslaw, but they were out and didn't offer a discount.

We happened to be driving through Quasqueton on our way home and decided to stop for a bite because there was a nice view of the river. The place wasn't very busy. The waitress was pleasant and promptly took our order. The food took so long I was ready to complain and when the waitress finally did bring it, it was barely warm and very mediocre.

Best pizza around!! This is our main pizza spot, along with many other great menu items. Great service, fair pricing, warm atmosphere keeps us coming back. Not to mention a great view of the Wapsi. They have just expanded, if you want to plan an event this might be the spot your interested in.

I was looking forward to a juicy Iowa beef burger and I got a crispy dried out one. My order for fries and coleslaw was overlooked and arrived when the burger was nearly gone. The women’s restroom had no lock on the exterior or interior door. Our waitress couldn’t make any strong recommendations, it should have been a hint I would be disappointed.

Stopped in while camping over the weekend. Had a good burger and the service was great.They also provided the food and banquet room for a birthday party I attended and prepared the best pulled pork I've ever had.Will be back.

The men's room has a funny window that views into the bar! Hahahaaa!!!!The food was pretty good. Poppers had cheddar in, though.... Yuck. But I really loved the feel in there! Good stuff!

I only give this five star's because i love local small town places and the pizza is amazing. I never thought it possible to mess up fried foods but this guy took the prize. This place would be amazing if this guy would stop burning the food so much. Sorry man just one guys opinion

This bar, that has a full menu, is a favorite place of ours to go. Pizza is good. Has outside seating, facing the river. Only complaint is they don't always have everything that's on the menu, so call ahead to ask if the entire menu is available the day you're going to go.

Popular with locals but is run down and definitely needs a good cleaning and rehab inside and out. Food popular and good enough. Not great. Pleasant staff welcoming to locals not so much to strangers.We visited a few years ago and thought it good.seems to be just tired now. Needs reinvestment and renovation.
