Friendly service and an amazing selection straight from the source with very fair prices. By far the highest quality meat I've had anywhere. They do a jalapeno bacon that tastes great but also smells amazing when cooking. This is a place that does the job right and is consistently top notch.

Growing up with my dad who had been in the Navy during WWII....he always asked my mom to make dried beef on toast which I believe was fondly referred to as "_hit on a shingle (SoS)". I still have a craving for this a couple times a year. Vandal's Family Grocery in Blooming Prairie, MN had "Smoked Beef Rounds" in their cooler ...and I thought it looked good. Just got through w our first meal of "SoS" ...and both my husband and myself said it was the best smoked (dried) beef we had ever eaten! Hope Vandal's continues to carry this and other meat products from Polasheks!!

Stopped in today to satisfy my craving for their homemade head cheese, excellent as always!! While I was there I was introduced to a couple of new things, turkey head cheese, made from gizzards and neck meat, and Jaternice, the turkey head cheese is excellent. The Jaternice I will try this weekend. Wide variety of sausage links, smoked meats, summer sausage, bacon etc, so many choices and all are exceptional. If you're in the area stop by and check them out. You will NOT be disappointed.

Great people to deal with and even better product! I’ve had beef jerky like everyone else but they had my try pork jerky and it’s by far the best jerky I’ve ever had of any kind! The flavor is outstanding and the jerky melts in your mouth, highly recommend

I had a hog butchered and processed here. Everything was done well. The only complaint that I would have is that they are so busy, I didn't feel like I had the time to discuss how I wanted the hog done without feeling rushed to make decisions. It worked out in the end. Other than that, I have no complaints and would use them again.I got lard from them. I had been getting it from Mark's, but Polashek's has the better lard than them. I also like that their bacon isn't too salty like some other lockers. Again, I am very happy with the job they did.

Been getting meat processed at this facility for years. Never had an issue. My grandparents always bought meat from here so I grew up on their ring bologna and brats. Would recommend to anyone.

Great spot to pick up dried beef and beef jerky. All sorts of different meats to choose from and all high quality products! One of my favorite lockers.

Brats are DELICIOUS!!! Not very greasy, FULL of flavor. Countless flavors to choose from including but not limited to cranberry, mac and cheese, jalapeños, original, smoked. Yum!!
