This company was such a pleasure to work with. I requested a quote in mid December and the next day I got a call from Greg to set up a time to come out. Immediately after the snow melted they started on the fence. Got the framing done in less than a day and the next day they finished everything else.The guys were extremely professional and thorough and the communication was top tier. Every step was explained to us as they went along and it is obvious they take pride in their work. They took the time to explain everything and how to properly care for the fence as well as some other tips to ensure longevity.Despite my property being uneven with dips everywhere they ensured the fence was even and level all the way around. It’s absolutely beautiful.Would absolutely recommend this company to everyone. The efficiency, craftsmanship, and care is phenomenal and unbeatable.

The day my fence went in was not a pleasant day and the team worked from chain link to privacy. They worked around a knee wall of my neighbors as well. I would have to take a point off because of a screw up in billing I was overcharged but they fixed it right away without haste. After the bill was paid I sent a message to have a gate stabilized as it wasn’t latching. I fixed it best I could myself since their after service seems lacking. They did an excellent job with clean up though. Overall I’m loving the chain link to privacy to chain link again.

Installed a 4 foot chain link to fence in the backyard for our dog in 2021. Did a 4ft pedestrian gate and a 10ft double gate to get my truck into the back yard. The team did a good install and it looks nice. Went thru several years now and no issues. I would call them for any other fencing projects I plan to do.

Communication and customer service was top notch. The installation crew (Adam, Bobby, Nate, JR, and Devin) were incredible! They called on their way to our home, and when they arrived were so kind, respectful, and efficient. They were punctual both days of our project. The entire experience was outstanding. I called a couple of Central Iowa Fencing competitors, didn't even get far enough to set up an appointment. CIF answered the phone immediately, set up an appointment to give me an estimate right away.What I got was more than an estimate, it was a true consultation, with the estimator (Steve?) not just taking measurements, but making solid recommendations to improve upon the plan I had in mind. A couple of years ago our cedar privacy fence was taken down by the Derecho. We knew living in Iowa we needed something that would hold up to those 100+ gusting winds. We had several estimates but only Central Iowa Fencing came through. Their sales rep., Greg, took the time to listen to our concerns, provided the information we were looking for, and showed us examples of a finished product. Even though the installation crew, Jon, Adam & Jr ran into a problem with undetected underground wiring, they forged ahead. They called their boss and owner Mike who was Johnny on the spot and got the problem resolved so they could complete our installation that day. We couldn’t be more happy with the finished product, the great crew and an owner who cared about taking care of his customer. In the past we've had our share of overpriced, shoddy fences, (naming names here, D&N-fence falling down and gates immediately sagging off insufficient hardware within 1 year, service was terrible too), so I interviewed and got estimates from 5 other top rated companies.Central Iowa won hands down. The installers were great! Got to us quickly, finished in one day, didn't tear up our yard or leave a mess, AND the hardware they used still holds strong! The fence is secured deeply with steel rods so it will never sag, and it's the best quality of cedar, looking like new 2 years later. The experienced workers and customer service are excellent, and they continue to follow up with us. Central Iowa is the real deal. Call them! They care about quality and you will love your new fence!

When the 12/15/21 derecho blew a utility shed into my fence, I needed to find a fencing company to repair the fence. Some fence companies will repair only fences they installed, necessitating that I find a fence company that didn't have this requirement. Central Iowa Fencing came to the rescue. I highly recommend Central Iowa Fencing for any fencing work. They are prompt, thorough and professional. Additionally, once the work was completed, there was no clean-up debris left in my yard. The cost for the work they performed was very reasonable.

The team that installed the fence (Jon, Keith, Adam, and JT) were the some of the most professional I've experienced. They were on time, kind, and worked so hard. The team dynamic was awesome, they worked together seamlessly and were able to get the fence done in 2.5 days even after we had a slight design change. Adam, Devin, Phil, and Victor were awesome, as well as their supervisor! They were having fun while working and I could tell that they enjoy their job. That is extremely important to me. They bantered and teased one another and had a beautiful day to put up our black chain-linked fence.We wanted an enclosed area (basically a miniature dog park) for our 3 long-haired dachshunds, two of which are only 11 weeks old and quite the escape artists. When I noted that our babies might be able to get under the fence, they went back and lowered it as much as they could. I wanted to install a chain-linked fence and contacted several companies to get some bids. Abby, the customer support staff from Central Iowa Fencing, got back to me very quickly to set up an on-site appointment. Steve, their estimator, came to the site on time, took some measurements, answered questions that I had, and provided an estimate immediately after that. The installation quote that they provided was reasonable and they anticipated that they would be able to install the fence in 5 - 6 weeks, which was relatively a lot sooner than the other two fencing companies that I contacted. As a result, I went with Central Iowa Fencing. Sara, another customer support staff from the company, helped obtain permit from the city, contacted my HOA to get their permission, and took care of miscelleneous things needed prior to the installation. The installation crew just came today and completed the installation within a few hours.Overall, I was impressed by the company from start to finish. The customer support team, the estimator, and installation team were professional and efficient at what they did. Our city code put us in a unique situation trying to find a fence that would work for our yard. We received MANY quotes from contractors and Central Iowa Fencing was one of the most competitive. We challenged them with creating a fence layout that 1) would meet city code, 2) would work well for us, and 3) would be aesthetically pleasing. They knocked all three out of the park.
