Our little grocery store is the best-Always cheerful/friendly faces-like Shelley-who has possibly been working there "since kindergarten"!?!? John carries a great selection of items & tries to work with patrons adding new things when it's at all possible-fresh fruit/vegetables-great meats-he's even has added a nicely stocked liquor room!! Thanks John-we appreciate you & everyone!!!!

We were in town visiting family and my girls (5 and 10) were at this grocery store with their dad. A lady dropped some blueberries and my girls helped her pick them up. A little time later, the manager came over and offered them an item of gum/candy for helping the lady. What a kind gesture! Happy to support this locally owned grocery store with friendly staff!

Expensive only good for quick shopping and smoked turkey. Only being honest the majority of your bulk shopping for the month is best to be done elsewhere​ like Walmart fairway or Hy-Vee. The saving and verity will more then make up for the gas used. Especially if you are on a fixed budget. Maybe the owner should take a lesson from a small town store in Chester South Dakota.
